Quite a nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, quiet place, but very close to the city center and there are many cafes and some grocery stores nearby. Great value for money!

I have lost an charge on my last stay and i asked if the found but they marked it has from another room and the cable and plug where didn't match the original and its an coicidence the other host had an equal charge, so maybe the cleaning lady mistakenly put the wrong room for the losts and found. Other than that it was a good stay as mention.

I have been here a couple of times and it was worth for the price, since the room has private bathroom and closet to store the clothes.

Not cons but little things: It's very noisy outside the room. Able to hear everything outside in the hallway/staircase. There may be a choice for laundry but only on certain days. Ask ahead. Wifi is fine if you're not doing anything huge. Hard to tell when to get the room cleaned. Cleaning people came at different times everyday and I missed them but wasn't a big deal for me. You could probably tell the front desk when you leave during the day.

I think Pros: The staff was super helpful, 24 hour check-in(I got in at 11:30pm), Checkout 12 pm. They will hold your bags for you after checkout, The room was small but very comfortable, Everything was super clean, But number one for me was the shower and bathroom were awesome! Plenty of space and the shower had great pressure and stayed hot. The room also had a great heater.

This was a basic no-frills hotel and for what it was I think it did everything just fine, there was nothing really off.

We appreciated its proximity to the Old Town and that it was clean.

The bathroom had a weird smell, I guess because of tubatures and there was a frozen tea bottle filled with water in the freezer, probably from previous guests...

It had AC and it was clean, the location is good and the beds are comfy

Breakfast was not available. I would recommend making this clear at the time of booking. Rooms are accessible via stairs only. Not an issue for us, but it would be good to consider solutions for people with reduced mobility.

The room was very clean and confortable. Bathroom with power shower and toiletries. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the metro stop (Marques) that takes you into the historic center. Alternatively, it's a pleasant 20 minutes walk (downhill!) to the main train station of Sao Bento. The staff was very kind; we had to leave earlier due to an emergency and had the unspent night refunded despite being on a 'not-refundable' reservation. We very much appreciated this. We had a good stay, and recommend this structure!

At night, the noise of the water really drove me crazy. And the noise was coming from neighbors upstairs or downstairs....It really needs some work within the building isolation or water pipe improvement.

It's clean and at least there someone cleaned the room everyday which is a great point. And the location is OK, we either took the bus or just simply walk to the center. There is lounge with micro wave and cute backyard with some exercise equipment.

WThe accommodation was perfect for us, with a good design and decoration and all well kept. Its a bit away from the center but the underground is near.

they have apartments in the third floor without elevator! 😓 we had two luggages with 23kg each and we had to push it up! it was very tough 😅

We asked to have two separate beds and since they didn't have them they gave us a bigger room. That was really nice. Apart from that everything was clean. And it's close to the centre
