Front door was loud when opening or closing. Meaning most people inside could hear when slammed shut. Water temperature for showers were hit and miss in the early hours of the morning.

The atmosphere the hostel brought with friendly staff and people who stayed. Very close to cafes, restaurants, bars and local sights. In a quiet area and great value for money. Tommy was more than helpful as well as the other staff.

plenty of showers but few bathrooms, the bed in the female room makes a lot of noise when moving and as the female room is next to the leisure area at night it is quite noisy if you want to go to bed early

Totally recommed this cool place to stay in Lagos! It's in the centre and close to the beach as well. There is a well equipped kitchen where to cook and enjoying your meals. And there is a nice garden where meeting other people and spending time together! Tommy is a really nice and friendly guy who makes you comfortable and pays attention to your needs! Next time I'll definitely come back here! :)

I found the space a bit too tight. The bathrooms and shower rooms could be better cleaned. I also had to ask the staff for the air dryer otherwise I wouldn't find it.

The overbooking policy they apply: I booked a room with 4 beds and they gave me a room with 8 beds (other people even were sent to other hostels). The air conditioning running all day with open windows (it is impossible to close windows since the AR tube need to go out from the windows itself) is crazy.

Friendly staff and nice youth vibe. The billiard on the courtyard is a great added value.

Instantly felt at home, all the staff are welcoming and friendly there’s always great vibes. It’s a nice size hostel not too large so everyone gets to know each other, which is great when solo travelling. There’s lots of toilets and showers available, a cool common area to play pool, go in the sauna and the hot tub and chat with everybody! Everyone ends up staying longer or coming back!!

Perhaps AC in some of the rooms would be great for summer, however I still slept pretty comfortably.

Tommy and the staff were very hospitable. From the moment we checked in, we were made to feel very welcome. They gave us great tips and advice for checking out the local bars and nightlife too!

No lock on one of the toilets not a big problem why not fix it? Also nowhere to put your stuff in the shower. Power point is behind the mattress no way to use it. Also the beds wobble had a restless person in top bunk ;-)

I liked the location. If you take your pick with the shower and kitchen time there is no problem. They go out so get up late it's like having the place to yourself.

Tommy is an easygoing and flexible hostel owner. There was no problem to leave luggage before check-in in the morning of the departure day, no problem with leaving my luggage after check-out. The location is perfect and there is a sun terrace. I had a very nice stay there. I will come back one time.
