I didn't notice anything that I really don't like.

I I liked the most the Staff members who were really wonderful. They are caring and appreciate when they were asking if we need anything. The location is also perfect and near to Metro. Other transportation ways are available at the doorstep. There are many things to discover around such as Miradouro do Monte Agudo. Moreover, the staff can speak more than one language for easy communication. I really recommend it for all travelers.

We loved the hotel, the atmosphere, the breakfast buffet, the little terrace at the back, the design of the room. The staff was super kind, helpful and attentive to our needs. Although we were only there for two nights, we highly recommend this place and wish we stayed for at least another night.

Excellent location, only 15-20 min. an easy walk from the city center. Metro, bus and tram station are also nearby. Very clean and comfy rooms, good breakfast. The staff is very friendly and always ready to provide any necessary information or assistance. My recommendation, I would definitely choose this hotel again.

location was not the best for me. Next time I will stay somewhere closer to Baixa. This hotel was only a couple minutes to the metro, so it was very quick and easy to get into the heart of the city. But it would be my preference to stay closer.

I honestly have nothing bad to say.. Legit, it was one of the best hotel experiences I ever had.

The staff were amazing. I arrived with a broken arm that just happened that Day. They were so compassionate and helpful just when I needed it I loved the hotel and I'll stay there again when I return. Comfy, clean & perfectly priced.

The location isn't the best, fairly seedy area with several homeless people encamped on the other side of the street but not close to the hotel. However, no one was begging for money or harassing us.

Warm and professional welcome, all staff were friendly and helpful especially the receptionists. Extremely clean and pleasant bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast more than adequate. WiFi good. Metro station about 2 minutes walk away. We found a really nice Pizza restaurant nearby with excellent food and service. Lots of small shops nearby offering everything from food and drinks to clothes. We would stay there again.

The overall design and cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. I didn’t eat breakfast but the restaurant looked very good. Staff were friendly and helpful and the location of the hotel was very central and convenient. Check in process was smooth, and there is luggage storage
