We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomThe beds weren't the most comfortable and the pillows were so flat that they basically weren't there. We received a cleaning pack with items for washing up but there was not bin bag in this pack so we had to just put all rubbish in the bin with no bag which meant we couldn't take it out when we were leaving. Including some tea bags and coffee would also be helpful for guests when they arrive.
Well located, spacious apartment kitted out with everything that you might need including fans in lieu of air conditioning which we were very grateful for. Previous reviews mentioned a smell and a lack of maintenance which I don't disagree with but I don't think either were so bad that I would mention it in a bad review. There was also some noise from the road as in previous reviews but again this wasn't so bad as to warrant a bad review.

CanadaThere was indeed an unpleasant odor coming from the pipes, even in the bedrooms. Some facilities required maintenance, such as two water boilers that were out of order. Additionally, being on the third floor without an elevator should be taken into consideration.
The location is great. The property is spacious.

PolandThe apartment didn't quite live up to the expectations set by the photos; it appeared newer in pictures than in reality. While tidy, overall cleanliness was lacking. There's great potential here, but it felt a bit neglected and in need of renovation. The sofa bed was uncomfortable, and the quality of the bedding could be improved. Like others have mentioned, there was indeed an unpleasant odor coming from the pipes. Also, being on the third floor without an elevator should be taken into consideration.
The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the city. The apartment was spacious, with a separate dining area and living room. Having two bathrooms was very convenient for us. Reasonable price.
