Breakfast; hot drinks were available to make from a thermos flask and not at all hot. No good for a cup of tea and I was quite disappointed.

location was excellent within easy walking distance of everything I needed to do and those I needed to connect with. Liked the quietness of the location while still being in a good spot. Staff did not have to do much for me but the few things they helped with they did well.

The weather of the first 3 days

The Convent Square Lisbon, Vignette Collection Hotel staff are so friendly. They took great care of everything. From a neatly made-up bed every day and a clean room with fresh towels to the chocolate on the nightstand, just perfect. Breakfast was delicious, and there was a great variety of food and drinks and freshly made food like egg Benedict and sausage. It was very delicious. End diner is just as delicious. The service is very hospitable, and the staff ensures that you are not short of anything. The sauna, pool, and gym are great. The staff gave us some very good tips on where to go. That was of great added value to our holiday. The location is perfect. There is a lot to see in the vicinity of the hotel. And there is a bus metro and train station within walking distance.

The accommodations were beautiful and the service was excellent. The atmosphere is different than the rest of the city and is like a retreat.

The cocktails were a bit pricey but very good.

The breakfast was excellent with very good service. The restaurant was a beautiful room with an adjoining courtyard. The bedroom was a little on the small side but very equipped with an excellent bathroom with large shower. We didn't spend much time in the room apart from sleeping in the very comfy bed.

We only had one problem and that was with the music that started later into the evening and was very loud. That was on a Thursday, Friday and Saturday with a DJ. Given the hotel’s cozy and relaxed courtyard, it was sort of out of place, especially when you could hear it from your room which overlooks the courtyard.

Breakfast was very good with a good range of quality foods. Coffee was average if you were having anything with milk like a cappuccino or a latte. Espressos were fine. The whole hotel was very clean and well maintained and the staff were very pleasant. We observed continual training of new staff which explained the high standards of service.

They had a DJ in the courtyard on Thursday night which we could hear in our room.

Excellent location. Loved the courtyard, nice space for relaxing and having breakfast outdoors. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens, large bath towels, well laid out. Extras like charging plugs and a tv that’s hidden as a mirror never turned it on.

The cleaner for our room was working alone so she did not get to our room until well into the afternoon. Twice we needed to use the room at after 15:30 and it was not free.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel was in an excellent location and we felt that we had value for money.

Amazing place. In the best location, everything is within walking distance. Very clean, nice variety of foods at breakfast. Amazing staff, we came for a Taylor Swift concert and they welcomed us with friendship bracelets 😊 Couldn’t recommend it more! Will definitely stay there again the next time I’m in Lisbon !!!

Everything met our expectations. The pool could have been opened later. The lounge menu could have been more extensive.

The breakfast was amazing. The staff was attentive. The location was central to many of our day trips. The tea service at 5 pm was a bonus. The room was always immaculate.

at €350 per night I would have thought breakfast would have been included but it wasn't and €10 for a bottle of beer is very expensive. The Hotel is well located but had no roof top terrace
