We can’t stop talking about how much we loved our stay. From the moment we checked in to our departure everything was flawless. The location was perfect - access to trains and metro and many shops and restaurants and sites. The hotel itself felt like a tranquil oasis - the rooms very quiet and the atmosphere serene. The entire staff was so friendly, happy and always helpful. We would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Lisbon. We plan to come back just to stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is new, clean, very beautiful. The staff is really helpful, provides useful information on the city, restaurants, makes reservations. Location of the hotel is very central, easy access to public transportation. Many restaurants in the neighbourhood.

United StatesNot much negative to say... but I did notice my pillows had a bad smell after taking a nap upon arrival. I mentioned it to the concierge and they changed the sheets by the time I got back from dinner. Even afterwards, I wasn't loving the smell. This may have been due to the newness of the hotel and the pillows having a synthetic new smell. Not sure.
The thing that makes this hotel stand out are the staff. Everyone is truly giving their best effort and it shows. The hotel itself is beautiful, especially the bar and restaurant. The food is exceptional and the drinks are even better. Also worth noting is that the hotel is newly opened. Rooms are small but finely appointed. Bathrooms have great shower heads with decent water pressure.

Hong KongThe manager of the front desk is an exceedingly poor customer service person. To the point of downright insulting. A mistake was made in telling me that breakfast was included which it wasn’t. I ended up paying for a breakfast I didn’t actually particularly want. But the lack of any accountability and zero care was offensive. Furthermore the hotel claimed to not find my toiletries bad that I accidentally left behind, and contains medication. Their attitude was pretty much zero concern and just responded with “whave informed housekeeping”. That they would not have found it beggars belief and to be quite frank had me consider involving police, as the medications are not possible to replace in Europe. I seriously hope the general manager gets to see this feedback.

TurkeyHotel was very well located but staff at the front was very unfriendly. And also unfortunately most of the waitresses at the restaurant were hardly speaking english. Even though the hotel was nice as a building i dont think that it worth that money considering the service i got. I chose another hotel with a similar location for one night and staff was much more friendly and it was cheaper and included breakfast!

FranceOur room was in a corner of the building, it was really dark and we needed the light on at all times. The only window was adjacent to a wall which blocked the light even more. There had also been work done in the bathroom prior to our arrival, all the protective plastic were still on the floor tiles... Disastrous experience.

We were a party of 16 including 5 kids. They Made us wait at the lobby for hours (after an 8 hrs flight from US) because the rooms were not ready. We arrived at 8 am to the hotel and other guests that were checking in after us, got their rooms without waiting. The manager did not pay attention to the big group sleeping on the couch of the lobby until I complaint.

IrelandThe air conditioning in our room wasn’t working properly during the night. The first night I thought perhaps it was just me. The second night we both noticed it wasn’t working when we woke up at 3am and the room was very hot and we didn’t sleep after that. We let the staff know in the morning when we were checking out (around 7am as we were going on a trip) and they said they were having some issues with the aircon.
Beautiful hotel with a great location. The sauna and plunge were fabulous. Let us check in early, which we really appreciated.

United Arab EmiratesWe were quite disappointed: - First, we booked a taxi for the airport with the Front Desk at 5AM, the taxi was 15mn late. - Having the BF included we should have been offered a take-away BF like other guests who were leaving at the same time. -The attitude of the staff when we inquired about it was unprofessional, we were promised a refund which did not occur till today despite mentioning the same in a previous post stay review and an additional follow complaint. UNACCEPTABLE!!

Czech RepublicWe found the bar price for 2 non-alcoholic beers to be extremely expensive, even for a premium hotel. More than 8.00 EUR each for a drink commonly 3.00 EUR or less in other bars & restaurants, which was a bit disappointing.
The staff & the hotel manager were always very welcoming, and the service was generally friendly and attentive. The cleanliness of our room was maintained to an exceptionally high standard throughout our stay. The hotel’s perfect location was also a primary factor in us choosing this hotel.

SingaporeGosh the service was not good. The reception team was young and to me poorly trained. They did not care much about the answer they give to guest. Some answer I received was not accurate. This hotel rate as 4 stars but I think the staff there is 3.5 stars which sadly spoils the entire experience. For each answer I have to moderate adjust the info to one more logical. I am not sure if it could be he culture difference. Perhaps just teething issues to work out as they just opened. I clearly do not have breakfast included and the restaurant lady insisted that it is. The day before I overheard an American couple complaining the they were charged for breakfast and shouldn't be. What is going on with the staff there? Honestly the restaurant food was not good at all. Please review the menu for your own sake. The taxi cannot drop you right at the hotel doorstep though. So you'd have to walk a bit and please find out where to head as it can be a bit confusing at first, after the first time it is easy.
The design and rebuilt of the hotel is beautiful. Love that they kept as much of the originality as possible. The idea that it was a former nunnery was super awesome bc of the history. Best part is it is right next to the Sao Domingus church. So the hotel itself was really stunning I find the room and its bedding were very comfortable, clean and stylish. The carpet design to mimic the concrete slabs of olden times was a nice touch. The location was so good and convenient bc there was a line of taxis waiting nearby to go anywhere. I liked that I could run down to restaurant to grab a cup of coffee so easily at 7am everyday was great. I'd like to commend Raquel who was wonderful. She was the saving grace in the hotel. She was 5 stars ! :)

I had to repeatedly call room service to fix this. Room was not cleaned until late in the day despite us being out most of the day Breakfast was very disappointing- very limited choice and poor swrvice - it would be faster to serve my own coffee. Eggs, bacon, beans and sausages all arrived on separate plates!! Undercooked and inedible. This hotel needs to sort out its staffing. Rather than hire attractive young people, hire some experienced capable people!
