It's a good hotel for Palau. Reasonable breakfast provided, though it would be great to have espresso rather than just filter coffee. Staff very friendly and professional. Everything in Palau being in US$ makes it a bit pricey at the moment.

Balcony, but no chairs on it, not much point in balcony without seating. Breakfast mediocre. Beds and pillows a little hard for our taste.

Doesn't look like much from the front exterior view but neither do many Koror properties. But my room appeared to be renovated and was spotless and comfortable The staff was fantastic. Parking was available on site. Easy drive to/from airport. I won't put it in the 'don't like' category, but the earlier you start breakfast the better. I arrived at breakfast fairly late and there was not much left as there is not replenishment. On the other hand, I am not one who likes to see food wasted. And another thing not for the don't like category - there is not an elevator - so not great for limited mobility - just FYI. And finally, and I'm thinking it is a island issue - not a property issue, but Internet is spotty (as it was at the coffee shop next door and a restaurant where I had dinner).

The outside of the property looks like a dilapidated building but that seems to be the case of a lot of buildings in Palau.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Got free tea and coffee throughout the day. The room was comfy and big. Had a lovely selection of souvenirs as well. The inside decorations of the hotel are quite nice.

Due to the UA flight schedule. Paid two nights but actually used for 18 hours. not hotel’s fault.

Breakfast options were odd. Some mornings there weren’t even breakfast items at breakfast. WiFi in the room was spotty - worked fine in lobby and everywhere else on island that I went. There are just some very small things that the hotel could do to improve - somewhere comfortable to sit in the lobby (you’d see lots of divers relaxing in lobby in afternoon, not nowhere to sit except dining tables), background music or something at breakfast so you don’t have to listen to people eating loudly, etc.

The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful. They are the best part of the hotel. Otherwise, it is functional. Met my needs for my diving trip. Decent value compared to how expensive Palau is.

No elevators, a bit expensive for real condition. The breakfast was super basic and mostly tailored for Asian guests also there is no functioning restaurant besides breakfast.

I liked the hotel it was comfortable and clean. My favorite part of my stay was the staff. They always greeted me with huge smiles and were super helpful.

The breakfast was a bit weird - the food was more for lunch/dinner (think sweet & sour chicken, stir fry noodles, pasta) and the only breakfast food they had was cornflakes and milk and sliced bread with peanut butter. It’s not a deal breaker but I would have liked if they had yogurt, granola, bananas and other more traditional breakfast food daily.

Parking!!!!! So many other people are using our hotel parking that do not rent from the hotel yet we had to find parking somewhere else which is very very inconvenient. The stairs, just note that there is no elevator lol you have to go thru a flight of stairs to your room and also exiting the hotel to the parking lot.

Breakfast was pretty alright, I can’t complain because it is free and the price in Palau is so expensive so I don’t expect a lot of options. However I really enjoyed it and it was close to my comfort food. The location was pretty good because it was close to my conference and it is just walking distance. The laundry service was so worth it for the price and the clothes smelled good and they folded it really nice.

The rooms were a bit humid due to poor air conditioning. The staff left the doors open so that wild life can enter the room.
