During my recent visit to Asuncion, Paraguay, I stayed at Asuncion Rent Suites Centro, and it exceeded all my expectations in every possible way. From the moment I stepped into the lobby until the time I checked out, I was treated to a truly exceptional experience that I won't soon forget. First and foremost, the location of Asuncion Rent Suites Centro is unbeatable. Situated in the city's heart, it offers easy access to all the main attractions, shopping centers, and dining options. Whether I wanted to explore the historic landmarks, indulge in local cuisine, or stroll through the vibrant streets, everything was just a stone's throw away from the hotel. The suite itself was lovely. It was spacious, modernly decorated, and clean, except for the loud AC unit, which was fixed shortly after I noticed the issue. It provided the perfect retreat after long days of sightseeing. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view from my suite. Overlooking the Palacio de los López, officially titled Palacio de Gobierno and Costanera de Asuncion. Because of this fact, this place is very safe, even if you walk late at night since police and military guards are on each corner 24 hours a day. It is also an excellent base for visiting nearby attractions.

I saw only one minus - there are bars near hotel and was very loud at the night. I was forced to wear earplugs.

I like this place. This place was clean, with good views from the windows and great staff, thank a lot for that! There is a nice cafe on the first floor, I recommend:)

Would be great if the rooms had a water filterer, or a gallon of drinking water for guests to use - it is a bit of a hassle to always buy and carry drinking water.

I always stay here when coming to Asuncion. The 24 hour reception is great, can accomodate even checkins throughout the night. The staff at the reception is very kind, helpful and respond quickly to any sorts of questions. The view of both sunset and sunrise from the roof is amazing, and also the view from the rooms over the river. It is very calming to watch the water from my bed. The rooms have kitchen and a comfortable office chair to work from. There is heating for the colder winter nights. The food at the Cafe right downstairs (Anga) is very good.

Poor quality of infrastructure in this neighbourhood despite the fact that the location is near the most important landmarks.

Breathtaking view of the river Paraguay, comfortable bed, cleanliness, free use of washing machine, nice and helpful staff.

I had the most beautiful view here from the window and on the roof terrace. A bakery is only 2 blocks away. You are right in the downtown area. I enjoyed it.

Great stay for the price. Very comfy, modern and clean. Great WIFI speeds. Also have a great view from the top. The staff is very kind and helpful. They have a car elevator there which was a new experience for me, an exciting one if you ask me.

You could have mentioned that there is a night club right next to the bedroom window. It plays loud music from 11pm to 3am. Not good. The place is very minimal, not much in the condo.

The location near cultural buildings in Asuncion is well placed. The view is good out of the small window facing the river.

Maintenance was pitiful. Walls were cracked in need of paint, mold in the jacuzzi in the pool and this made it unusable.

I loved the cleaning staff. Very helpful and kind. All requests were mer with an immediate response. Parking attendants were amazing and extremely helpful. Kitchen was NOT properly equipped. 1glass 1wine glass etc.
