Only point that I will say that wasn’t very good is the water of the shower that doesn’t get too hot (I like hot waters).

Awesome location and staff. I recommend this property. Looking forward to book it again.

bathroom was small with only under the sink storage. No counter space at all in the bathroom. no ice trays in the freezer (minor) No breakfast or any meal/bar service

room was very big with a kitchenette and a balcony. Electric countertop cookers. Full Fridge/freezer. Nice shower with waterfall shower head. Internet was great for a hotel around 10Mb/s. Remote control AC. Nice location with a 5 minute walk to Paseo La Galleria, beautiful shopping center with 3 stories of outdoor dinning as well as an indoor food court if you want something quick. Another 3 min walk to Del Sol Shopping center with a row of outdoor dinning and high end indoor shopping stores.

Good size, comfortable apartment with balcony. It is close to two huge shopping malls, so well located for supermarkets, and near to the wonderful Museo Barro, five mins walk. On a busy road, but worth walking off the main streets into Villa Morra and area around the hotel, where there are peaceful tree-lined up market residential areas.

staff are very helpful and friendly. rooms are clean and comfortable with a beautiful view and fast internet. there is also a very clean as well as spacious pool on the roof. the staff also helped me find transportation to go to my next destination which was much appreciated. if I ever return to asuncion I will definitely be staying here again.

I had meetings in my apartment but guests were not allowed to park although the garage always seemed to have many empty spaces. One gentleman on duty said guests could park for up to one hour, but the lady said they could not.

Excellent location, and very good apartments. The staff is friendly. Cleaners come every day to clean the apartment and change towels, etc....

The bed is not a queen size one. It is just 2 small ones molded together, this is particularly annoying because it suddenly splits and becomes very uncomfortable

NOT as advertised. They say coffeee maker in room, FALSE ! No toaster either. Glass on windows and balcony door are not sound proof and a Lot of Noise comes in. Shower size tiny like an IBIS. Furniture old and poorly designed. You have to walk about 200 yards to be able to get a cup of coffee in the morning.. Door Knobs are Triangle POINTED in bathroom door. At 2:30am after going to the bathroom half asleep I rubbed up against one and tore a large chunk of skin off my arm. Took over half an hour to stop most of the bleeding and band aids I carry were not "big enough" for the size of the injury. The "woman" (and this is being polite calling her this) who is at the rental desk in the mornings is a CALLOUS person who did not even care about my injury. She wanted to charge me for cleaning some blood on the towel and pillow sheet. She sent a text to me about this, not even caring or asking HOW IT HAPPENED ! I responded to the man who is in the desk in the afternoon (He, is nice), that I would pay for the small amount of blood but, they would have to give me a receipt stating that I paid under protest and that the cause was the "totally poorly designed door knob". This so I could give to a My Lawyer in Asuncion to file suite for my injury. Never heard another word. Would I stay here again, NO. Not as completely advertised, the "woman" at the desk I do not ever want to interact with her again. Having to walk in the morning 200 yards, climb about 20 steps to be able to drink coffee, ridiculous. They should have supplied the coffee maker advertised on Booking.Com and a toaster. Also the size of the shower is ridiculous.

This accomodation was the worst experience in the last 2 months in Asuncion. We was there 2 weeks. Price was +10% different then at booking site. After arriving we saw old blood on shower, corrupted forniture doors and went sick. Trezor wasnt functional so we had all money and ids outside. Also there was one unplanned visit of 2 tech guys without any information before. There was no cleaning equipment for self-cleaning floor and cleaning personal did this only once during the stay. Also cleaning personal communicated rude and refuse to change bedding during the whole stay. In last days they refused to clean apartment and said we need out of room, after we said its not possible because we are sick and outside its cold they just gone. So we slept 2 weeks in sweaty bed. But sleeping is not word describing it because you listen everything from elevators, also laught in the night and day. Also there is so laud water in walls, if someone using shower or toilet is hard to sleep or talk. I will never more choose this place, in Asuncion are so many cheapest and wealthly accomodations. This was pure tragedy.

The price is too high for the place. And I was given the worst parking spot in the word. -3 in a really weid parking lot architecture.
