It was a bit tricky to find the place but we got there after asking the lady at the kiosk next door.

Lovely accommodation in a quiet area with a pretty yard. The rooms are clean, spacious with an own little terrace and comfortable. The breakfast is included, the kitchen can be used for cooking, there is a microwave and all needed kitchen utensils. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They also offer a laundry service, which is very practical. There are some bakeries and restaurants around, just a couple of minutes walk in the area. I enjoyed my stay here and can highly recommend this accommodation.

The property is located in a non-touristy neighbourhood with many dark corners and run-down buildings, where tourists are looked upon funnily even during the day (however, it seemed safe enough to go to the next pizza place further down the street).

Safe, beautiful resort. Not only was our own room with private bathroom clean but also the shared rooms (breakfast room, TV room) were comfortable. Although there was no 24h reception, they offered a front desk on WhatsApp, which always replied quickly. Breakfast was limited in choice (toast, jam, sweet pastry, apples, coffee and juice) but adequate for a good start into the day. Complete laundry (wash and dry) for 5 USD and when we returned in the evening, our clothes were done and waiting for us :) Good and cheap Pizzeria in 5 min walking distance, and bakery with croissant window even closer. Also, the bus terminal is in walking distance.

A whole bathroom gets soaked after taking a shower

Beautiful garden to hang out in, with 2 small swimming pools, plenty of flowers, vines and trees; excellent coffee in the morning; good Internet; shampoo, soap and conditioner dispensers in the bathroom; storage space and bed-side shelves on both sides of the bed; bright or warm and gentle lightning; small restaurant at the property serving excellent burgers; super friendly and helpful stuff; close to fruit & vegetable market plus a great bakery at the corner

It's a little oasis in the hectic city of Ciudad del este. It has its own territory, yard, and community kitchen. Ladies on reception are speaking perfect English. The Internet is very strong and stable - I didn't have any issues in 4 days, while working remotely with plenty of zoom meetings. The download speed is around 50 Mbps, upload speed around 35 Mbps. Staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We got a laundry service for $5 on the spot. Breakfast is rather small - don't rely on it too much. Clean, cozy rooms - highly recommended!

Shower didn’t have a curtain, so the entire bathroom was soaking wet if you showered. Breakfast was very basic with bread and coffee, we enjoyed it but would love more options (only jam and cheese)

Lo departamento no es bueno, luz externa adentro, colchón no es firme, las almohadas son muy grandes, el baño no tiene espacio reservado para ducha y lo desayuno es una vergüenza no hay nada.

La piscina es la mejor cosa de lo Hotel, los empleados son muy amables.

No off street parking available until 11 pm due to music event in courtyard. No prior mention of music event in messages with hotel. Speakers for music located a few feet from room. Event ended at 11 pm. No top sheets on bed. Quilt of dubious cleanliness. Breakfast not available until 8 am, difficult for travelers trying to take advantage of cooler temperatures in the early morning.
