We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

ParaguaySunday has a reduced service, and breakfast was more limited. It was still ok though. Not much to complain about!
We loved the gym, the pool and the view. The beds are very comfortable, and the bathroom has a strong shower. The restaurant is amazing.

United StatesThe location is very good, particularly if you are getting to Encarnacion by bus, since the bus station is only a couple blocks away. The breakfast is very good. What we like most was the roof bar which has awesome views over the city and good food and beer on tap.

NetherlandsFirst morning, breakfast was quit hectic, with more people than clean tables at the same time. Next morning this was no problem.
We especially loved the very nice girl at the reception, I think her name was Mascha. She spoke English very well, which is rare in Paraguay. She helped us exchange money, arrange transport and even helped us out on her night off, whith translating, when we ate at the same restaurant: the rooftop restaurant of the hotel. Location is very convenient, close to the busstation, to the river and beach. The room was great and the shower awesome, nice and firm spray. Airconditioning worked very good. It does make a lot of noise though, and the fan in our room blew quit hard. We liked that, though. Food at both restaurants is good, good value for money. The rooftop restaurant is amazing, with the best view on the skyline of Posada. Breakfast is good, lots of choice.

United StatesIt's a nice 3 star, possibly 4 star hotel by international standards. Not quite worth the asking price relative to the competition. Pool should be on the roof. No power outlets next to the bed. Bathrooms were poorly designed with little ventilation and a tiny window. Rooms are modest, nice, and comfortable; but not worthy of a 5 star label.
Great spa with complimentary sauna! Great breakfast and dining area. Beds were very nice. Decent view of the river. Staff was friendly.
