Great building and comfy rooms. You were able to take your breakfast in the restaurant, pool or even the bedroom. Its in a quitter area of Recoletta.

What an absolute gem ! We truly loved the lofty style and all the remnants of the time of the original factory as well as additions that matched. Beautiful garden and what a breakfast. Perfect service!

Staff was very friendly. Ugo went above and beyond to give us tips about the country and the city. Breakfast is also good quality and the beds are very confortable and the rooms very confortable.

Adriana was so sweet at check-in and check out. The hotel room is beautifully decorated and spacious. Also, the food at the onsite restaurant is delicious! Including breakfast!

This hotel was a dream. What an imaginative repurpose the factory. The decor is top notch, the beds sublime and staff are fantastic. Onsite restaurant is wonderful also.

A really charming hotel in a great neighbourhood of Asuncion. The rooms are huge, the staff are incredibly kind and helpful, and the building itself is really interesting and beautifully decorated, with great facilities. Although on the map it looks a little way from the 'centre' of Asuncion, for anyone who doesn't know the city, it's in an up and coming neighbourhood with nice restaurants and cafes. A great place to stay, and really exceptional value for money.

United States30 Reviews11 helpful votesWonderfulThe servers at the restaurant seemed to not be very attentive and often messed up the order. Breakfast could be better too as the coffee came cold and it was a lot of food. The wifi could be better too, made it hard to work as it kept dropping.
The hotel has amazing decoration and smells wonderful. The rooms were really nice. Best sleep we have had in months.

Perfect if you are interested in learning about Paraguayan history. The hotel is located in Villa Morra, which is one of the nice areas with many restaurants and cafes. Also just a 10 minute walk to the state of the art Shopping del Sol and Galeria Shopping Centre.
