Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel’s location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions while still providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional customer service—every request was met with a smile, and the staff anticipated my needs before I even had to ask. Clean environment and staff were attentive. As soon as we entered the staff were quick to help with luggage’s and even directed us to the reception desk. There we were geeeted by the duty manager who was very pleasant. The Oat house staff were the best and a special mention for Phyoe, and another male staff whose name I cannot remember but probably Sadik. They made breakfast time pleasant. The breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of foods. I like how we were able to enjoy our breakfast in a calm environment. Thank you for lovely stay and we look forward to visiting again soon.

United KingdomThe room service menu wasn’t great but it was not terrible either. The entrance was strangely organised with the security scanner but it wasn’t a major issue.
The property was clean and the staff were friendly especially the lady at the front desk - I think her name was Sukaina (?) - she was so lovely she changed our room immediately (because we had been given a smoking room originally not because there was anything wrong) and she gave us good recommendations for hair and beauty when we asked. Other than this, the hotel was conveniently located and had lots of amenities nearby.
