The food service is terrible and very expensive comparing the quality. The smell of the cafe is bad. The coffee in lobby is old and cold. Please pay attention in room food service. It is a shame to such beautiful hotel. They deliver it in paper bag.. no even plastic wear nor ketchup or anything. The sandwich is old and chicken tasteless and full of garlic. If anything would stop me from booking again with this hotel is the food available.

Friendly staff, but made too many mistakes: - duplicated my electronic key to a stranger who entered my apartment, fortunately in my presence - presented me with a wrong bill, crediting me with an already paid night The cleaning of the room ok, but the sofa was not usable too much dust accumulated on it, it should be vacuumed

I am staying 4 night there and I heard little bit noisy in front our room , maybe because the location near the apartment that still need renovation , and Wifi little bit slow I hope Agora team will fix it .

Agora is super , from the location ( is 5 minutes walk to Place Vendome ) and 10 minutes by car to go to metro station. The staff all very helpful and so friendly. Nice swimming pool and gym , room very clean and the have all equipment you need from washing machine to Dishwasher , fully recommended for family .

Very good location right next to a huge shopping mall and easily accessible by foot. The staff is very friendly and serviceful, we always felt welcome. The gym has very modern equipment, I didn't expect that.

Super nice hotel, the apartment we had (1 bedroom) was super spacious with everything you would need. Kitchen was really functional. Pool and gym were amazing. Staff was so lovely too,

All staff were very pleasant. I did however have a major issue with movie / music streaming for the first 4 days. This resulted in an ugly box & cord being present for the entire duration of my stay. I also encountered a drain issue. It was rectified however was unpleasant. I also requested a pencil sharpener and it was never sent to my room. Location was fantastic, however so much light projects from Palace Vendome. It was impossible to achieve complete block out.

a few spots in the apartment were damaged/dirty. eg, marks in the bathtub, marks on ceiling in living area (the ceiling vent actually fell out of the ceiling unexpectedly, thank goodness it wasn’t too low to eye level). a few stains on the upholstery, and an extremely dirty toilet brush in both toilets (made me feel sick) I had a bottle of one of my expensive perfumes broken by a housekeeper, while I was out of the room…(I raised this with the shift manager and nothing was done about this - just ensure all luxuries are sealed away, thank goodness it was just the top of the perfume that was damaged). breakfast was alright but quite limited. I enjoyed the fresh juices and the pastries.

The location was wonderful, lovely balcony view and right next to Vendome mall. the apartment was large with a lot of space. Most of the staff were respectful and friendly. The pool area and sauna/wetroom area were beautifully clean. lovely view from the rooftop pool area.
