One of the worst experiences I spent in this hotel. The noise and noise from the floor designated for evening parties reaches the upper floors. You will not be able to park your car in complete comfort. Also, the hotel staff is bad and has no experience in hotel management. The parking lots are not completely clean, and even the cleaning and cleanliness of the rooms is poor. Everything hints at a bad experience in this hotel to the point that the parking lots are only opened by phone and there is no security guard to open the parking gates. This experience Bad in every sense, and I do not accept the hotel management’s apology because I was expecting them to please us before leaving the hotel, but their experience is very simple.

The room service menu did not have any items suitable for vegetarians/vegans. I could hear doors opening and closing in the hallway from time to time, not loud, but audible.

I was welcomed by the bellhop when my taxi pulled up; he and the desk clerk were most friendly and helpful. We chatted about my upcoming trip to Hyderabad, India. My room was very comfortable with fine linens and towels, and a luxurious bathroom with all the amenities. I rested well, and when it was time to leave, the desk clerk was helpful and got me an Uber right away.

The smoke of the disco attendees flows in the elevator till at the reception. If they could put some restrictions about it.

The location of the hotel is NOT as for the directions in Booking. After searching hotel for more than 20 minutes, I tried to contact hotel to ask directions, but also phone number provided was wrong. It was necessary to find website of hotel, and to contact them on the phone provided in their website.

I booked the room for my friend. The room she got had a stain on the carpet, but it was quickly changed to another room after i mentioned the same to the receptionist. The carpets should be cleaned better. My friend informed me that someone tried to get in her room while she was inside, at night, and after she shouted, the person said sorry and left. Also there was a lady screaming all night so my friend couldn't sleep.

The bar all night music was ver loud you cannot sleep well There was many un-knowen personnel coming out from the bar going to different floors. The place is not suitable for families & kids and it's not comfortable The cleaning staff never came to clean the room Brokwn shower glass TV channel were very few We requested additional bed ( paid ) the brought an old damaged mattress The room beside us were used by a female all night she was shouting with a man In general this place is not suitable for family and kids

First of all when we got there we noticed there is very loud disco in the hotel. A lot of strange people from Pakistan were gathering arround hotel but what was the biggest problem was extremaly laud sound of the music. Windows were shaking. We felt like in the middle of Rammstein concert. Even at 7 th floor it was really hard to fall asleep especially with an infant. After we entered a room we found another surprise, plenty of mold at the walls and ceiling. So in the middle of the night, with plenty of disco guests in the elevator we were travelling arround hotel looking for a room healthy enough to stay the night. i only made 2 pictures ypu can see below rooms were not clean enough. i had 3 rooms as a family and all were dirty. Happily disco ended at 2 am.

the only positive thing i can say is great commitment of person at the reception. he really looked like he understood our problems and did good job. Hotel is quite close to the airport. like 8 km to terminal

The property was very clean and smells good. It has ample parking space as well with restaurants and markets conveniently located near the hotel. The room size is okay but well decorated and nicely designed.
