TurkeyIn general, we were disappointed with the hygiene. The first baby crib that arrived was extremely dirty and rusty. The one that replaced it later was freshly painted and smelled of chemicals. We were able to get a normal baby crib on the 3rd try. There were lipstick marks on the tea cup that came for breakfast, and when we requested a new one, the cup that arrived was dirty inside. Towels were not changed and the towels that came upon request were stained. There were dirts on walls and furnitures on many places inside the villa, which were actually easy to remove but neglected by housekeepers. The villa's two windows did not lock from the inside, meaning anyone could slide them open from the outside. The mechanical lock of the villa's door (with a chain) was also not working and this made us a little uneasy.
The hotel was quiet and calm. Even though it was January, the kids were able to enjoy the garden and the pool. Laia from guest relations was perfect helper and she took care of all our requests and problems we encountered and resolved them quickly. They were also very helpful with early check-in and late check-out.

QatarThe Assistant Manager (Merci Lopez I believe) was rude and ruined my daughter's special evening. Staff agreed to more visitors but she kept embarrassing us by stopping visitors( who came for a short time). It was humilating to ask our guests personal questions about the evening. Local Qatari girls are very private and subjecting them to humiliation when they're innocent young girls is diabolical. Merci's customer service skills are shocking. What a let down! I am still upset about the whole experience. Thank you for making my daughter cry! The lady who welcomed us was lovely and polite, Mr Baasim was great and showed hospitality.

QatarYou need a golf car to go to the hotel which take around an hour to arrive, in addition the facilities like the kitchen was unsatisfactory since the oven does not work and you only have a kettle where eventually you’ll order a food from the restaurant in the hotel even if you don’t want to.

ItalyI booked this hotel for the beautiful structures, pools restaurants and ambience… but everything was closed for Ramadan and no information was given during the booking. The staff instead of apologizing at the check-in and offering some compensation just insisted i should have gotten an email to inform about the pool closure which wasn’t the case. Moreover at 8 o’clock in the morning they started some hard restoration works on the restaurant below. Terrible noise, we complained and after a while they stopped. We then got moved to another room (higher level) but also they at 4 am in the morning we got woke up by some heavy moving works in a close room. We complained again and they stopped. We check out the next night. They asked how was the stay and after we explained again they just offered to discount the room service (30 euro) .. even if we checked out at 23:30 so didn’t had the third night paid. It’s normal to make works in hotel in low season but they should inform the guests or close the whole hotel instead of giving a bad experience to their customers.
Rooms are nice and comfortable, everything else was closed.

Saudi ArabiaMismanaged resort - Arabic speakers at FD have an attitude and low-class PR, low-class personality. Resort called me a day before our arrival to GIVE me "with bad tone" a long list of instructions and policies that I was aware of when I made reservation! They tend to tell you things to justify their future actions - you live as "a presumption of guilt." They took our luggage for security scan without our presence - some resort staff made jokes about it - it doesn't make any sense - it was a total chaos as I've seen some guests take bags in their hands to rooms directly! I felt cheated by charging me too much money for items in the mini bar because it was not clear it was free or not and there was no pricelist. I paid nearly QR1000 for nuts and soda!!! for one-day stay. You have to call FD to take golf cart every time you want to go out - no parking space at the villa - very hectic. Although I requested to extend my check-out time 30 min, the FD kept calling us to remind us of check-out at 1200!!! It was the worst experience I ever had in my life.

QatarFirst when I was in the resepation for checking in there was only 2 staff and the lobby was crowded! I tooks about 20 mints of waiting until someone assist me. Second There was a electricity issues in the villa! We stayed for 3 nights at 3 bed rooms Third Since the fist day the villa electricity shout down and it happens every day! And the engineer tooks so long to come! I was impressed with my guests. Fourth the house keeping tooks so long to come to the villa. Last when we order the break fast they told as you only have for 4 person and our villa include total 6 break fast! I didn't expect this from a 5 start hotel resort!

Saudi Arabiai had a big pain point from the buggy (gulf car) arrival to my villa. specially during morning and afternoon time. it’s obvious that they are understaffed and this could improve by having employees rotating to do this simple task of getting people to reception and vice versa to the villa! but no one cares as this was highlighted to their reception 3 times! i hope this reaches to the resort management

Qatarthe front desk was only concerned with explaining their check out policy. nothing about the amenities. it felt that they wanted you to check out before you even enter your room. (very inhospitable) I was checked in a dirty dusty room. the room had confetti from the previous guest. cleaning staff forgot their dirty towel in the patio. the hotel handled the situation miserably, and they took a long time to take me to a new room.

In the evening, music and loud songs began, the audibility was excellent, drunk guests walked along the corridor, there is a second door from my room to the next room and the neighbors there behaved very noisily. Unfortunately disgusting. I have another door from my room to their room and they are talking very loudly, laughing and moaning, everything is very audible. I also found black hair in my bathroom, although I have red hair, and the bedspread was smeared with lipstick. I paid $200 for one night to rest and sleep, and in the end I got the opposite

Saudi Arabialong time to check in. They took four hours and a half to give me room key and they didn’t explain to me at first that they had the french team before paying the full price for the rooms and not letting me know that I have to wait fir more than 4 hours. If I had known this I would have gone to a more welcoming hotel. Their usual check in is at 3 pm, I only got into the first room at 7 and 2nd room at 7:30 pm.
