There were not enough bath towels/ douche facilities (shampoo/ shower gels) for all of us. We had to request them, but the staff immediately provided them also very kind

The Reception/Front Office employees were very kind and lovely, they also provided a bed for my young daughter.

We were attended to by Basit at the reception. He was so friendly, polite and attentive. He definitely made our stay more enjoyable.

From start to finish was excellent First person we spoke to in the hotel was Basit, who made us feel very welcome along with the other evening staff (sorry guys too many names to remember but you are all a credit to the Al Najada hotel) Nothing was too much trouble for any of the team and we felt safe and comfortable being there. Room was superb (Suite 401) and worth the upgrade.

Shared door with another room - luckily we managed to change room Sometimes a bit slow service after requests on the phone - but in the end always solved our problems so it’s ok

Only minor things: The design of the bathroom is Not that much functional. The shower door opens in a weird or wrong way (towards inside). Plus, the decline of the outer area of bathroom's floor is not towards a drainage but toward an area where water might stay. When using the movable shower, the superior one sometimes opens with it at the same time. Still Love Al Najada and Still coming back!

What Shall I say about Al Najada! It felt like home.. all staff are friendly and cooperative and will do their best to make you comfortable. The hotel is only few steps to Souq Waqif and the metro Station. Perfect location. The Room Is Big! Clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet has many varieties of food. The place is quite and clean. The water pressure in the bathroom is strong. Plus there is Shattaf or bidet which is very good. Special thanks to Mubark from reception (very professional and well behaved employee who always make the day with his smile and nice attitude), Sharif or Yassein ,plus the egg making chef, and the Lovely lovely indian waitress in Al baraha restaurant Sanjana or Sanjeena something like that (sorry I can't recall the name), she is Really amazing, she remembered that I had my breakfast with plastic spoon and needed tissues on one day so the next day she came to provide that!! She takes care of the guests and has a beautiful Soul.. This is my first time and will Not be the last! See you Soon Al Najada! Love You Qatar 🇧🇭🇶🇦

More toiletries and towels would have been lovely.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. A smile greeted us everywhere we went. A big hello to Nassine! The Arabic coffee cart in the foyer was a lovely touch. The array of breakfast options was mind-boggling and all the food was fantastic! Would definitely stay there again and will recommend it to friends.

one of the two rooms did not have windows that could be opened and the use of the ac made the room a bit stuffy

All perfect , we got also an upgrade which we appreciated. The location is perfect and the staff is extremely helpful. We did not get breakfast as our flight was very early but we had a very good dinner at the restaurant

Everything was good! I can not add anything!

First of all, this hotel amazed me! When we first arrived, we received amazing service. The hotel is in a perfect location, very central yet calm and beautiful at the same time. The room was excellent, spacious and very comfortable, with a large bathroom and a balcony. We had a room on the 4th floor with a view of Souq Waqif. It's hard to describe how beautiful that was. Remember to check out their pool, it's so nice! And the last thing to add here is the breakfast... This was the best breakfast buffet I have ever seen! Thank you to everyone who is working there, this was truly amazing. Thank you!

The property was perfectly located close to Souq Waqif with beautifully appointed rooms and delicious breakfast. Staff were so friendly, professional and nothing was too much trouble to make our stay comfortable. Our next visit to Doha will most definitely be back to Al Najada Hotel.

Pool area could be spruced up a bit with some shade. Almost too hot to swim!

Fabulous from start to finish. Staff were awesome and the rooms were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was sensational. Location also very good, as close to Souq Waqif and the metro station too.
