The AC kept on clicking. I thought the kids were playing with it. It goes and off. Would have made our stay perfect if it was quiet. Nevertheless the bed, the pillows were super comfy.

The view of our 3 BR apartment is spectacular. Best view ever I have seen in Doha. Huge area. And we were serviced by the best and thoughtful receptionist and her names actually exudes her Aura - Patience thank you for giving us the 48th floor, for the cake you arranged for my son since he celebrated his birthday in the hotel. Jalath is also helpful with the luggage. Very attentive and willing to assist.

Small water damage in the bathroom ceiling, fridge didn’t smell great, no real nespresso capsules even though there was a nespresso coffee machine.

The best part about our stay was that the staff (especially Imen and Patience) were very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and the view was great, even from the 11th floor. The kitchen was fully equipped and there was even a laundry machine in the apartment.

The European lady hostess in the waka restaurant needs to be trained on better guest hospitality

Booked a 1 bedroom suite, the apartment is clean and spacious with a fully equipped kitchen. The bedding and pillows are soft and relaxing.The pool on the 52nd floor has nice views. Highly recommended!

I have booked two bedrooms with a sea view, but I was disappointed with the actual view because it was not the same as I was expecting like in the photo. I made a request to be transferred to upper floor, but the receptionist told me that there was no room available in the upper floor. I felt disappointed. Also, they are not allowing you to bring speakers in the room to avoid creating noises and disturbances even after reassuring them not to create or make much noise.

Overall rating of our stay is sound and good. The room is clean, spacious and very comfortable. Staffs were friendly and accommodating. The 52nd floor view with the pool is what I liked most.

I didn’t find. playground for kids. At such big building, I think, it possible to organize a small corner for entertainment of kids. And no piano at the reception 😂 it’s just a wish, I play piano well and usually in such great hotels I have the opportunity to play.

I adore the location and the size of the appartement. The equipment was nice and enough. The breakfast was tasty and fresh every day. The guys at the reception were very kind and attentive to every demand. Specially thanks for Ario and Simon
