the location was diificult to reach due to construction on the area. the housekeeping staff was not cleaning well and when we complain they said somebody will come but nobody show up.

I was very impressed with the cooperation and services of all the hotel staff and they were very nice and welcoming, I just got tired of arriving at the hotel because of the construction work, as well as the work of construction and contracting equipment, and I would like to thank Miss Amina, the receptionist, for the speedy completion of the check-out procedures and her generosity and manners.

Just the current construction around the facility. But understandable that this is going due to world cup hosting by Qatar 🇶🇦. Fyi- the rooms are sound proof, so none of the construction noise gets in.

The health club was amazing and the staff as well Gihan and Geoffrey were best of customer service folks have seen in while. My son and I had an amazing experience 😌. And will definitely be using the Suana everyday before I leave. Also, the front desk were also amazing 👏 and the team at the restaurant well done. The breakfast provided was up to standard as well.

The location of the hotel is difficult to find since there’s on going construction in the area. They are lacking of signages to the road going to the hotel.

The ambiance of the hotel rooms are superb. You will feel very comfortable.

the property itself is nice , just the fact that the government work on the road make it a little confusing to reach the hotel , however the staff will support you to reach the hotel easily 👍🏼✅

the tower itself is nice and the facilities within the tower are fantastic such as the apartment and the size of the apartments 😍✅ the hotel is obviously in regular and honest checks which make the hotel the right choice for anyone looking for comfortable stay in Doha 🇶🇦 , here is a good opportunity to point out the staff and their nice behavior with us during the stay , Mr Khattab has good attitude and reputation which attract us to the hotel 👍🏼✅ , and mr gihan has help us a lot within the health facilities such as swimming pool and gym area ✅👍🏼 , i would definitely recommend the hotel for whom looking to stay and doha 👍🏼🇶🇦
