Daily cleaning and free water bottles that was very convenient. Special thanks to the reception staff; Plum for her amazing hospitality and sweetness. Enjoyed it and will definitely book again when visiting Doha in the furure. Highly recommend.

We knew we were their priority at all times and we knew that they were proud to work for the hotel. The rooms were excellent and very clean; everything we needed. The swimming pool and spa area were very relaxing and calm. Breakfasts were good and all waiting staff engaged with us in a courteous and professional manner at all times.

Very well located by the main Msheireb metro station which has an entrance right outside the hotel front door, providing a direct link to the airport. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the Msheireb shopping area and Souq Waqif, with its wide variety of restaurants. Attentive staff in both hotel reception and restaurant. Very good buffet breakfast.

I had an amazing experience at Four Points by Sheraton Doha. The facilities were excellent, the location was perfect, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained—big thanks to the room service team, especially Mr. Sathish and Mr. Martin, for their outstanding service. The reception team was warm and welcoming, and I truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism of Mr. Mehraj and Ms. Fatauma. This hotel exceeded my expectations, and I look forward to staying here again. Highly recommended!

Qatar4 Reviews“Thank you Four Points Hotel for making our staycation a memorable one.”This is not a big deal but on the hydraulic swimming pool, the edges are sharp that I got bruises, but because my kids are moving around, and I have to follow them. But if you stay still, this shouldn't be an issue.
The staff are friendly and helpful. The receptionist was so informative. The concierge is also quick and alert to help us with our luggage. We love the room temperature upon entering. They have huge choices of breakfast. The location is very convenient, next to Mushereb metro station. The swimming pool is heated which is good since it's outdoor and temperature in Qatar is cold.
