Much of the area around the hotel was under construction and it was very difficult to get around. The clubs and dining on top floors were confusing to find, and all but the Irish Pub we're terribly noisy loud.

The staff was exceptional. Everyone was very competent and did their job with great friendliness.

very bad elevator smell of cigarettes, all priority to bar on top floor , very poor specially on Thursday Friday Saturday due to bar on top floor rooms noisy, no priority for room guests ,

It was extremely noisy around 2 am in the morning when the people were coming out from the bar, also the car honking. It disturbed our sleep. The breakfast selection is not much of varieties.

The hotel location is in the city center, it is close to every where. The room is big enough, my daughter who is very active is so happy as she has a big space to "play and run around the room".

Restaurant are mediocre at best, and , sorry to say so the staff. The bars inside the hotel seems very popular, but, it make the lift unbeliavable longer to take. The hotel feel dated and so the room.

Breakfast selection was not great, some ingredients for muesli but not enough poor cereal selection and limited choice of hot food items

They scaned guests whenever they entered the hotel. Also, the manager was rude .. with nobody in the lobby, took him 40 mins to check us in ... he also didnt wear a mask, where everyone else, including guests did have to wear masks

Just to let others know, there are smoking rooms in this hotel so one can smell cigarette smoke in the lobby. Also, the restaurant is only open for breakfast and there didn't seem to be many options to eat outside of the hotel. My room had no view at all which was disappointing after being on a very long flight.

Despite a lot of construction activity in the area, the room was quiet. I ordered room service (majboos rice) and it was delicious. Close to airport.

You are far from shops and restaurants Breakfast is very poor standard you cannot sleep till the outlets close at 2 am as the noise is to loud through out the hotel swimming pool is very cold and in poor condition The gym is in poor condition There is no area to lay in the sun the roof is full of broken tiles and bird Dropping's Security are very unpleasant to guests in reception and in all outlets

entire hotel was smelling like cigarettes, in the lobby and every other public space had strong cigars smell. Our hotel room was non smoking room but it had the smell too.

There is a lot of noise (music) from the bars/clubs. A lot of construction site at the hotel.

The description of the accommodation on the Booking.com website is false. It is not an error, it's just not accurate. The rooms do not contain what is listed on the advertisement and the property itself does not have the facilities listed. But the one main issue is that there are two bars on the top of the building which are extremely noisy. I was on the sixth floor and I could still hear the music at nights. Any customer going to and from the bar use the same lifts as the guests of the hotel, which is not pleasant or suitable for anyone staying with children.

Staff were superb. Literally, they could not have been more helpful. The room I paid for and requested was not available and the staff did everything they could to accommodate me. The staff on duty communicated with others on day/night shift and I didn't have to ask for anything twice.

With the World Cup, major construction is occurring in the neighborhood. With the intense summer heat, construction is at night - so it is very loud. Either bring ear plugs or expect a lot of night noise.

TV (x2) didn’t work. Bathroom was small and needed a refresh. Location was ok but the surroundings were a bit of a building site.

Room size was good, bed was comfy. Wifi was reliable and it was very quiet.
