While check in time i have to wait like 20 minutes coffee machine stuck when i call to front office to assist me with the tv the engineering guy came and saying we cant change the language only Arabic language available then i just smile after that once he done checking everything he said no you tube and he is not confident staff needs to improve

While my stay had some highlights, I was disappointed with certain aspects of the room. The TV in the initially allocated room was not functioning, and the towels were incomplete. I had to request slippers and a bathrobe, which I expected to be readily available. Additionally, there was dirt in the bathtub, and some lights were not working. For a five-star hotel, these issues were unexpected and detracted from the overall experience.

The Filipino gentleman who assisted me during my stay was exceptionally kind and accommodating. His professionalism and warm hospitality truly enhanced my experience at the hotel.

With better management or supervision, they can be so much better without spending extra money. Firstly, cigarette burns on carpets and couches although it is a non-smoking room. Got into our room, no extra toilet paper, one towel only, no bathmat, one cup for coffee, no milk. The vanity kits and other items provided in the bathroom isn't checked as some of them were empty with nothing in. Leaving half used toiletries like shampoos and conditioners used by others, in the room, is not acceptable. Hotel is noisy as there is a club in the hotel and since the hotel is small, it was loud. Dustbin in bathroom broken. So just better house-keeping alone can make a difference. The breakfast was however very disappointing and we ended up going to a restaurant for breakfast.

Great location and very big rooms and bathrooms. For the price, it is value for money.

The club on the ruftop. Every day the music was starting from 10 pm until 2-3 am and it was so loud that the windows were vibrating and we barely could fall asleep.

For starters, for some reason, it was really hard to get towels for our room. There was only one in the room when we arrived. Then the next day there were zero. We tried calling the front desk but the phone just rang and rang and rang without anyone answering. Finally got ahold of housekeeping, but then they only brought one towel and we almost had to negotiate with them two times to get two towels and a hand towel. By the way they were acting, you would've thought there was a worldwide towel shortage. The A/C in the room basically had only two setting - Ice Age or Off. The breakfast sadly left a lot to be desired for and most of the food looked like it had been sitting out for a while. We only stayed here on the weekend, but every night at 10pm the spot at the base of the hotel played really loud music that you could hear and feel in your room until the wee hours of the morning. Overall, just not the kind of service and experience you expect from a hotel like this.

The suites are very nice and spacious! This was probably the best part about the hotel. Very nice bathrooms, the living room space was comfortable, and you did not feel cramped at all in the bedroom area.

Unprofessional receptionist Quennie is the name if I am not mistaken. I called the hotel to confirm the rooms but unfortunately she hung me for 8 minutes. She informed us that it is ladies day and the pool will be closed at 5PM but after the card payment. She should inform me beforehand as she knows that I am hesitant already to continue the booking as the rooms are separated and not connected. The way she communicates also is not even good at all, poor communication skills and customer service. Very disappointed.

Ms Ranya attended to us in a very polite and professional manner. She at least solved and gave a solution to the issue.
