I have very frustrating experience this time with those who managed the room service, I frankly felt discriminated. I have autistic grandson he comes with family to visit me on daily basis, room service manager came with a small tear on bath towel and quilt’ cover and he wanted to charge me $110 saying it was my grandkid’ but he said nothing about the stained quilt, towel, chair and the stitched cover and linens I found in the given room (attaching pics of some of them), noting that I paid $17 for a small tear in a towel, another manager told him he should not charge me for the quilt cover given the fact of the dirty stained quilt which I reported. This is my fourth stay and the most disappointing one.

- the mattress was not comfortable as it was very hard. - the bed was not well clean as it has left over food ( small peaces ) - while I was in bed, cockroach was walking around the side table.

The staff were amazing especially the lady in front desk was outstanding.

I organized my wedding at the hotel. The hall was clean and the food was good but the staff’s attitude was terrible. The organizing lady came to me, the groom, in the middle of the party while I was seated next to the bride to tell me that there were 2 additional people and that I needed to pay for them on the spot. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Turns out they miscounted too. Moreover all other transactions were not spontaneous. My overall summary is that the hotel is clean and nice but they might need to change their staff or give them courses on customer service.

It doesn’t look like 5 stars hotel. It is self service. The security does many jobs 😬. Almost there is no bell boy. The receptionist is normally busy.
