The person who checked me in said" I am giving you a very quite room". he lied because it was a very noisy room at night with loud music coming out of the bar until late at night. 2. The shower was the most disgusting I have ever seen anywhere. It is hard to explain but I have a photo that may help. There is no space for the shower with only half high curtain that you cannot turn around due to tiny space given. After shower the whole bathroom floor is wet or flooded with water. 3. Housekeeping is terrible as well. The guy came to do the room and made the floor wet that I was about to slip. 4. The breakfast buffet is limited with few choices 5. The choices for food at lunch or dinner are limited that we had to eat in the mall next door I will never come back to this one star hotel again. If you were forced to be there, please avoid room 1001 which I think was the worst. I am just giving my own experience

MalaysiaRegularly went on weekend for a swim. However I find the pool is not well maintained, on the shaded side, the tiles become greenish probably due to molds or algae.
I love and prefer the cookie in Double Tree Al Sadd instead of Double Tree downtown, it’s larger, softer and chewy. All in all the room is basic, size is compact but the bed is very comfortable and clean.

United KingdomI booked Half board and there was only one restaurant where I could have dinner. also what was disappointing was they had reduced menu for half board and I paid £50 for two however the menu they gave us was 49 QAR £10.65 per person. we were not allowed to use other restaurants with half board or change it to lunch instead of dinner due to limited choice of menu. as my son who travelled with me is vegetarian he only had one choice pasta.
Breakfast was nice but did not had a lot of choice location wise its bit out of the city locations however uber is cheap to travel.

ChinaLicking shower, so the floor was constantly very wet, which is cold and dangerous. Very strong ac in the corridors of the hotel and restaurant, so you really feel very cold, especially after the pool. As for food options, dinner was a disappointment: mostly indiand and spicy options, hardly anything to choose from, next time I would go for breakfast only. BTW in the description of the hotel on their website one more restaurant and the bar were mentioned, which influenced my choice of the hotel, but in reality they were not present. Jacuzzi wasn't working.
Welcoming cookie is a nice gesture) The room was nice, very comfy bed. I really enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was fine. The StrEAT culture bar is a great place with delicious food and drinks and caring staff. Because of a few technical inconveniences the check out time was prolonged till 3pm instead of 12

Saudi Arabia"I recently stayed at a hotel and my experience was quite disappointing. There was a significant delay during check-in, and despite arriving late at 10 PM, my room was not ready. Additionally, the room had an unpleasant smell, was very small, and I did not receive any compensation for these inconveniences. I hope the management can address these issues to improve the guest experience in the future."
