Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomDid not like that there was no communication to foreign customers that all bars and restaurants would be shut for Ramadam. I totally respect foreign culture but notification would have been nice. Breakfast was awful compared to other hotels that I have stayed in in Doha for the price charged.
It was OK but for the price I have stayed in better hotels to be honest

MalaysiaThe glass shower room door wouldn't close properly. Since the shower is facing the door, either close the door with one hand while shower, or the bathroom floor will be flooded. I only stayed there one night, and was out most of the time visiting friends, so I didn't inform the staff, but only let the reception know when I checkout. No fault on the staff side.
Arrived very early in the morning and the reception got me sorted with early checkin (half day rate applies). This is very welcoming especially after a long journey. The staff at the reception and the restaurant during breakfast was especially very kind!

United Arab EmiratesAs a business traveler I am completely shocked at the unprofessionalism at this hotel. I ordered room service and when I checked out they didn't include the room service charge of the receipt. Now I am stuck needing to expense my travel and I have been calling the hotel for 2 days trying to get that receipt. They are transferring me from department to department, and no one can give me any timeline or even has any idea what they are supposed to do. I have 2 months worth of travelling that I need to expense and it is stuck on this one dinner that for some bizarre reason they did not include in the room receipt. No timeline and no one can help me. Totally amazed that this is a hilton hotel, it shouldnt be.

United KingdomThe staff at breakfast seemed to constantly want reassurance that their breakfast was good. After about the 4th time, I said It was OK and then asked why is it OK, how can we make it better - so I answered by suggesting that but after the Radisson Blu breakfast was better... As a consequence, I then had managers in my face with poor social skills, unable to handle a complaint which was not a complaint but a simple answer to a question. The main other issue was the hotel's inability to marry up and join bookings via booking dot com. This resulted in a continuous stay but via multiple bookings - upon check-in, the girl behind reception understood and got it. However, thereafter other staff made me use one door key for a couple of days and then another thereafter for each individual booking in the same room. That is not the greatest hardship, however, on one of the cross over days - one booking ended and another started - during Mid-afternoon, I got called whilst out and about in Doha. I was summoned to return to the hotel. I refused and then asked why had I not emptied my room and checked out? I explained the situation that I had another booking but was told to return immediately. Upon returning to the hotel, making a special effort and cancelling one of my plans, the receptionist then blatantly lied to my face after I simply said what is the issue as I was someone with multiple bookings. Without going into mass detail, it was disappointing to see the manager telling me off for even considering a thought that they had done bad and backing those who had insisted that I return to the hotel to deal with the matter.
Wonderful restaurant - nice room but so has other hotels in Doha.

KenyaLocation, Staff, facilities, food and clean and well maintained rooms.
The hotel is sparkling clean and the 2 cleaners, Daniel and Sanjee (forgetting his name) were very good, friendly and did a perfect job. Hazel the receptionist is a wonderful affable lady. Apart from giving us directions, she gave us train tickets that had credit on them. Generally everyone and everything about this hotel is perfect. Meals very delicious and perfect variety.

MalaysiaI landed in Doha by 1am, yes I didn’t confirm my booking cause my flight was suddenly rescheduled , arrived at the hotel by 2am, and they said I had to wait 2hours for my room to get ready. So I was just waiting in the lobby. I’m not asking too much but they should have at least a nice refreshment for guest to wait. And I am paying extra too for early check in. Toiletries wasn’t complete, toothbrushes and toothpaste not provided, there was only 1 set of towel. Where I state I am checking in for 2 pax.
All staffs was helpful

United Kingdomafter a long flight my pre paid evening meal was in a room that was hosting a private party. firstly staff didn’t want to let me in. I had to go to reception for them to speak to bar staff to let me in. my food took 45minutes to arrive and it wasn’t what I had ordered. I could not eat what they had brought me so I had to leave it and go without a meal. very disappointing.
