Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I would recommend to change room carpets. Bathtub was too big and chalengin to go out every time after taking shower.
Location is great, very close to several of the touristic attractions in town - Museum of Islamic Art, Qatar Museum, Souq Wakif, Kornish. Personnel of the hotel was very polite and ready to help anytime. Amazing customer service.

Unfortunately the swimming pool is being refurbished but more than compensated with transport and entry to Doha Sands beach

The breakfast could be improved as there wasn’t much variety. We only went to breakfast once out of three days.
We liked the location, the service from staff and facilities available. We had a night flight and had to check out normal time as you do but staff allowed us to use the spa shower facilities before we left for the flight. They are super friendly and accommodating.

We liked it all.
We were greeted with kindness and generosity. A special thank you to the night manager Othman, for looking after us for various aspects of our stay. We found all staff members sincere and helpful, with special thanks to Othman for adding features to our stay that made it special and Abdul for his kindness and for giving us directions to different monuments near by. Both of these two went above and beyond. The breakfast is really good, a diverse range and delicious options for savoury and sweet tooth. The staff very happy to assist and meet your requests. The king room was large for our family of 3. The bathroom size and features were great as well. We were gifted a cake for our honeymoon which made it special as well. Thank you to all team members for making our celebration so special!!

Nothing really, things went on very well.
Location, cleansness, but on top of all, the staff were exceptionally polite, attentive and helpful, they will go out of their way to make you comfortable and make sure your stay I’d great.
