I think that there was nothing to change as the services given were all very satisfactory. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel room was quite big and spacious which let in a lot of natural light. The bed was extremely comfortable and had clean bedding that was regularly changed. The staff welcomed us and were very friendly throughout our entire stay at the hotel.

Nothing really, other than the roof top bar wasn't open & looked like hasn't been used for awhile.

The staff were exceptional, I didnt arrive till 1.30am from Finland and they were very helpful and ensure my stay was great and allowed a late checkout with no extra charges. A great American ribs themed bar in the ground floor terrific menu & range of beers. Great value for money as well

Although the rooftop pool was exceptionally clean, the wall and pool surround tiles have seen better days. Many were missing and many more had been repaired but not very professionally.

We requested a non smoking room, but there was a distinct smell of cigarette smoke when we entered the room. The staff did send someone to spray deodoriser which helped for a little while, however the strong smell of cigarette smoke returned a little later.

I was allocated a room with a "special needs" toilet which was fine. I would've however liked to have had the option for a 2nd high showerhead rest for a standing shower.

Everything was perfect

Room is large and clean , bed is very comfortable, there are all utilities someone could think of. Staff is nice and smiling and makes the tourist feel welcomed. Perfect location to go to the museums,the Souk,the diamond shops or to walk near the sea. I certainly recommend this hotel!

The only issue I had was that the ATM machine next to the hotel regularly malfunctions and takes your card, which it did to me. Yet it is still recommended for use by the reception staff.

Rooms were large and clean and tidy. The breakfast is excellent and the staff are very friendly, especially Marcellus. A very nice pool on the roof, perfect for cooling off in the Doha heat. 5 minutes walk to the Museum and 15 mins to the Souq Wafiq.

Was a little disappointed that the rooftop pool area looked tired and unused. However, found out that a rejuvenation was scheduled for earlier in the year but was unable to proceed.

room was an excellent size and bathroom very spacious. Staff were friendly and did everything they could to help us with sightseeing queries. I also liked that the restaurant manager asked for feedback about the special seafood dinner they had.

First of all, this was my first time to visit QATAR. I would like the reception team ( Sukaila- Idire and one gentleman from Algeria sorry I forgot his name) for good hospitality and warm welcoming and amazing service. Also Breakfast was very good.

The shower at the room, water flow is not up to the expectations, low flow, and the rain shower is just a mist and not a rain shower.

When I first arrived, one of the valet personnel began checking the compartments of the car. Haven't used them again since that altercation. If they could allocate part of the parking for the actual hotel residents. At some points in my trip, I opted not to go out for fear of returning to not find parking.
