Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The fixtures were just so poor. Plugs didn't work, or stopped working after a few hours use. The tap didn't have hot water. Water pressure from the shower was really poor. The coffee table was impossibly crooked i couldn't rest a drink on it. Worst of all was the AirCon. The lowest setting was likely a hurricane with a full wind blowing through the room. This made it extremely cold and impossible to sleep in. When I turned it off the glaring light from the AC informing me of the temperature kept me awake as it stung my eyes and kept reminding me of the temperature creeping up. Breakfast was very basic and in no way nice.
The room is very impressive in size and at a first glance. Staff were extremely friendly and professional

I arrived at 2:45pm but the receptionist ( Arabic male ) refused to process the check in, informing me that only at 3 pm is the check in time .and I just wait until 3 . This is very bad experience with this hotel.

Professionalism and hotel internal communication. They upgraded my room from standard to suite. After checking out all is good as per reception, after reaching my home I received call from reception that coffee machine was missing. No set up of coffee machine at the time I checked in and they accused me after checking out. What in the world Ill do that. The guy said he will re check and call me again. UNFORTUNATELY I didn't received a call to al least apologize for their accusations. WORST! be professional and fix your internal communication before checking in guests!

The timing of pool is very early closing. I hope it will be extended during night time specially summer.
Even though it’s busy because of eid and waited for the room to be ready the staff handled it well. Very good receptionist.

There were no wheelchair support, and the food wasn’t great, and hotel value ( price) wasn’t great too
You don’t need to worry about parking at all because they will park your car for you, the stuff was very nice and kind

We had a nice stay at this hotel! Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Amenities were great and child friendly. I highly recommend it and will definitely book a stay again.

I requested a masseuse before one night but I was surprised when I came at the hour and couldn't find anyone! Then we she came and told me that no one will arrive until 12PM. Our room wasn't cleaned.
One of the staff (I forgot his name, maybe James) was so kind and easy to talk to! The gym was lovely as they have two sides for Males and Females. The Pool also was great for males.

Our room was very dirty - there was food on the floor and table and the carpet was also not clean. When we checked out they asked ‘how was your stay’ so I told them that the room was dirty, the response was ‘thank you for staying with us’. No apology or acknowledgement of my concern.
Good location and value for money. Rooms were spacious and well equipped.

The night shift staff at the reception was rude. When my husband forgot his room key and ask for a new key. They dont believe he was an in-house-guest and start treating him poorly.
The room is clean and spacious. Location Is perfect and is affordable.
