We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Saudi ArabiaThe air conditioner in the room is so humid and noisy which made our stay a bit uncomfortable. Also, the valley parking guys were almost nowhere to be found! we had to bring our car from the underground parking by ourselves twice. Lastly, the room sound isolation was weak.

Poland- smell from the bathroom (old pipes?) - even after intervention still remained - very unpleasant - the staff “forgot” to clean our room everyday. After the 3rd day we were left without basic articles. From the day of reporting this to the reception desk the room was cleaned regularly, so it ended on the positive note.
- swimming pool - fair location, although pretty far away from the metro station - Interaction with staff was positive - nice room (except for the bathroom - details below)
