Sorry to say that one of the reception staff team was not flexible during checkout, what happen? Night before i was request reception team to allow me do checkout at 4:00PM they give me confirmation but, at 12:00 PM they call me and ask me to make checkout i explain to him i have confirmation from night shift staff to do checkout at 4:00pm he make me upset.

breakfast could have been better staff were helpful and kind but I felt they need more training. no guard at the swimming pool I didn’t like the restaurant at the reception, the reception and lobby alway had food smell which is really didn’t like bed not comfy in my opinion it was a little hard ac was annoying cigarettes smell at the corridors and it went inside our room which was really disappointing we were family with kids

The pool was not much clean, there is a body oil on the pool tills, chlorine taplets should not throw on the pool, they need professional pool company to take care for the pool.

The room size was very good. Staff are nice.

the room sometimes smelled a little bit like drainage (not bad but quite uncomfortable, it can be masked by air freshener or perfume) but will go after some time so not a deal breaker. and on the first night we woke up around 2/3/4 am because of some drilling and hammering sounds. we informed reception and they said it could probably be from the construction outside. otherwise a pleasant and comfortable stay.

staff was great ( grace from reception was exceptional! and the bellboy who spoke amazing English and is from Pakistan was truly kind and hospitable, sadly I didn’t catch his name) , location is convenient and the parking is huge in the basement

The location is ok however a lot of constructions going on which makes it hard to find the entrance.

The rooms are spacious and the staff are really helpful and polite. Lots of parking spaces and also valet parking is available and free of charge.

Room service is not quite professional. We ordered french fries which we did not receive only to discover that it was mistakenly served to another room. We had to call them again to get the order to our room, which took almost a an hour!! Breakfast is disappointing. Not many varieties offered. Pool should be covered, especially at this time of the year. It's too hot and sunny for kids to swim. Maybe it's wise to delay close time a little more at night. The rooms in the three bed-room suite are almost isolated. It would be better for them all to be in the same area.

Location is good. Close to most popular places in Doha. Easy to reach. Hotel is spacious. Clean. Staff are friendly, especially Syed.

-AC was set to 18 but it barely went below 21 even after closing all doors , it didn't get as cold as I anticipated. - there was no ironing board or hair dryer.

Excellent staff. I was offered late checkout immediately and was given even a free upgrade. The room is spacious and amazing. The bathroom is huge , shower and bath and everything. The best thing is the bed, never had a more comfortable bed like this before. Will definitely come again. Much appreciation to front desk Angsky for making it a pleasant stay

We can hear the loud construction works like drilling, hammer outside at 4am while we were sleeping. Pillows is not so comfortable.

Need to improve breakfast services. Add more variety. Also, the arrangement of items needs to improve to be closer to each other. Some construction around hotel so check if construction is complete or not.

Nice hotel, stayed here earlier as well. Courteous and caring staff. Front desk very helpful. Neat and clean hotel. Good location. Would stay here again.
