Call to prayer at 3am does wake you up but it didn’t bother us too much

To my surprise my booking was changed on the day of the arrival. We arrive to the bay location but they informed us that they don’t have family apartment there but of course was a lie. Indeed on booking there are many pictures about family apartment in the bay hotel. Anyway they brought us and all the baggage to the other location, distant only a few street and overall was okay expect that the apartment was not the same of what was illustrated, from both cleanness (window, floors) and furniture (the replacement was definitely a downgrade for the booking I made).

Breakfast was nice with a lot of choices. Service room in the apartment was every single day. Location very good. Personnel very nice.

Whilst we stayed the pool was under maintenance however we were able to access other local hotels pools which was fine.

Everything about the property was 10/10* absolutely amazing!!! Would definitely recommend and stay there again!!! My most favourite was that they had a working laundry & utility room which we used and the dishwasher service was a great help! The staff gave us outstanding service throughout our stay!

Bathroom was rusty Its not clean as it should be It had marks So they upgrade me in to 2bedroom apartment Only the bathrooms they need to work on Everything else is nice Thank you

A wonderful hotel. Only positive impressions remained. Very good location. There are two very good beaches nearby, a huge mall with popular shops, and a subway. All the sights are close. The Corniche embankment is within walking distance. Friendly, caring staff. Everything is very clean. Cleaning every day, the water is replenished on time. The kitchen has all the dishes. A very good and delicious breakfast. We would like to thank Muhammad separately. He came into our position, offered an excellent solution and a room with a magnificent view of the sea on a high floor, which we enjoyed every day. Very grateful. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I hope we'll be back.

I booked and paid for an extra night at 12h00....only because my flight was late ... I returned at 5.30 to get ready to depart only to return to a dirty room The room had not been cleaned and no towels or amenities I had to wait 45 min to get house keeping to send towels Basic I paid for a room that was not cleaned no service Departed @ 22Hoo Delayed due to long wait for towels

Some of the shelves hadn’t been dusted which we realised after taking our clothes off them, but otherwise the room was clean and so we just put our clothes in the cupboards.

Nice location, close to a beach and to the city centre/mall. Easily accessible. Good breakfast.
