Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The couch covers in room looked like Could do with a clean. Nothing really was a great stay
Easy to walk to Souq Waqif and other points of interest. Very central in old town. Breakfast was lovely and AT offered a nice treat. Pool nice. Bed super comfy.

Website states airport shuttle. You have to reserve it 24 hours in advance and pay an additional fee. Difficulty in contacting the front desk when I arrived at the airport. Most staff are very friendly.

The rooms are very nice and clean. Our room had 2 toilets, 2 televisions. I really love the division between the lounge and the bedroom. We had a good breakfast.! The food is delectable!

The location didn’t have any restaurants nearby however it was very near to the main market in the old town No 1 tourist site. No concierge.
Fabulous modern design , big bed and TV, bath. Great rooftop pool with loungers. Nice buffet breakfast with freshly cooked eggs or omelette. Only 25 mins from airport

The hotel is very comfortable. We got upgrades to suite rooms which were very comfortable. I would even say: luxurious. The breakfast has everything you could wish for. All in all, a very pleasant place to stay!

No negative remarks.
We liked the location of the hotel. It was close to a metro station and it was also close to the old town of Doha. We absolutely liked the size of the suite and its furniture- very clean, stylish and with very modern colours. The bed mattresses and the pillows were very comfortable. There was a coffee machine in the suite with coffee capsules. The breakfast was abundant and everything we tasted was very fresh and tasty. At breakfast they serve a lot of salty and sweet options. The hotel staff were very polite and responsive. They accommodated our questions and requests in a very efficient manner.

We stayed for four nights. Actually our room was not made up on any day when we venture out in the morning and coming back in the afternoon, though we indicated on the door for service. We had to ask for fresh towels, water, coffee and toilet paper from the room attendant. Maybe they were understaffed. It was not a deal breaker. We would stay here again. But perhaps made special request at the front desk for it.
The hotel room is very spacious and clean. The breakfasts were excellent and they make cappuccino coffee individually. The front desk staff are all very pleasant and helpful.

Even though the roof top bar has a bar, there is no service. In the end I grabbed a soft drink we purchased at a nearby shop from my room. I felt this lack of service did let the hotel down a little bit.
Lovely spacious hotel. Great selection at breakfast. Hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the souk and some lovely local restaurants near the hotel. The pool and sun deck on the roof is a lovely space to relax and chill out.

I could not think of any.
The hotel was a 10 min. walk to the train station which is connected to most of the Doha attractions. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Location, there isn't anything walking distance nearby amenities and we had to take a taxi from the hotel to places.
Excellent staff, great breakfast. As a wheelchair user they made me feel welcome and had given me a great room.

The carpet or the sofa had an unpleasant smell so we couldn't enjoy using the sofa that much. The windows are poorly noise sealed, you can hear the road day and night.
The location is great, very clean and comfortable , friendly staff, very tasty breakfast, great gym facilities, nice pool on the roof.

I was disappointed to find, on arrival, that it's a dry hotel. Because of this, I chose to eat dinner every night at the Hilton Doubletree, which has a licensed bar and a licensed restaurant. On my return visit to Doha, I'll sray at the Doubletree instead.
