I would like the hotel to warn that they do not feed their visitors during Ramadan. I am from another country, we do not have such holidays, I live in a hotel and I would like and could eat in my room. It wouldn't be inconvenient for anyone. But nevertheless, it caused me quite a lot of inconvenience, I was hungry almost all day, as I still had to find an institution where they could cook for me.

We are frequent travellers and spend lots of time in hotels . The Sherao Hotel was definitely a disappointment in many ways . Missing advertised facilities in Apartment ( no outside furniture, no drying rack for clothing, no amenities in kitchen, no pots or pans ( there is a stove plate and grill ) , no other kitchen utensils, and more - see booking.com ) Didn't get the booked room until we complained . Still had to wait 2 more days until we were moved due to lack of availability Loud parties in Apartment above at night, which is unacceptable. Housekeeping is not well trained Apartment had no block out curtains, it was very uncomfortable once the sun rises No double glass windows, the noise of road and adjacent Apartment buildings is loud The bathroom had mould in shower ( it's a brandnew hotel !) Lose tiles No supply of toilet paper ! The bathtub is inside walk in shower - weirdly designed. No towels were supplied for cloak room No clothing hangers in cupboards Safe could not be used Constant very loud water bubbling noise all day and night coming from floor above. There was no in room dining facility There was no availability for lunch or dinner ( it's a hotel ) Coffee shop was only running for short hours with limited stock Overall attention to detail is lacking in this hotel Security not controlling proper access to parking ( people blocking with their cars)

The hotel has seen better days. The bedding and bathroom were clean but the couch and carpeting had massive stains. no fridge, no minibar or snacks for purchase, no robe, no nespresso machine (just a kettle with instant coffee).

My room was huge for a very good price - living area, bedroom, bathroom all very spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I would give 10 in rate but something happen make me sad and i would give less than i give 1- house keeper either need long time to come hours and come while i am in the room not while i am out 2- one day i told them to clean while i am out and i came and they cleaned my room and leaving the garbage in the room and not providing the room facilities like shampoo and water etc. 3- the house keeper enter the room immediately and not waiting enough time after they ring. 4- calling us complaining of kid annoying while that annoying came from our neighbours

It was a great stay in this hotel 1- Good service for parking your car and help you with your luggage. 2- friendly staff and helpful. 3- the suite were large enough and comfortable 4- the location is good and near to some of the districts in qatar 🇶🇦 5- all facilities were available

Room service is very slow. We couldn't sleep because of the construction noise outside. AC is not so good during the daytime. Bedroom TV is not working.

Staff is very nice & friendly, especially Jenny. The room is very spacious & comfortable. Very clean. The bathroom has all toiletries. The location is great.

When I vacate the room they called me and told the tv is broken. I have already informed them while entering to room the main hall tv broken. But they didn’t care my complaints. When I check out they said tv broken.it was a bad experience for me.

Acutely I booked two rooms. With the comments I have 3 children's.. I need two attached rooms. Unfortunately each room was in spread floor. The staff was very much sportive.. and sort the issue
