Everything, from the staff, to the ambience of the environment, the food, the facilities. Everything was amazing!! The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, the kids had so much fun. We can’t wait to come back and share our review with other family members. It was awesome experience.

The site is being developed so it can be noisy in the early morning as that is coolest time to work. We were super lucky as it was Eid and a public holiday. So we were only disturbed on the last day. I am sure it will be amazing when it is all finished but keep that in mind.

Great hotel. It is a new hotel, amazing facilities, great staff and great location. I would definitely return, it is expensive but the quality standards are so high. The level of luxury was way beyond our expectations.

Me and my wife decided to celebrate our anniversary in Four Seasons Resort and Residences at The Pearl-Qatar. From the moment we arrived until departure, the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The Suite were spotless, and the facilities were well maintained. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Suite view and proximity to local landmarks made our stay unforgettable. The hotel restaurant offered delicious meals with a diverse menu, and room service was outstanding thanks to Alex and Nikka. Check-in was smooth, thanks to friendly and efficient staff especially Nour. I request a special set up for our anniversary and Khadija done a sensational job by arranging fresh flowers in the room that made our stay extra special. The hotel's management team is clearly dedicated to ensuring guest satisfaction especially nayef. Overall great value for the price paid, exceeding our expectations.

The place was having some work noises in the hotel and the villas near to it. Unfortunately this could have been the only thing to the perfection we were going to give them.

The place was brand new and with luxurious bedding, facilities, amenities, furniture and technology. Walking distance cafes, shops and marinas.

1. The apartment smelled like sewage! 2. Was the room cleaned late in the evening??? 3. On your birthday they don’t give out any compliments, don’t congratulate you, nothing! 4. The floor (10th floor) was undergoing renovations and the smell of paint was terrible!! but all this did not spoil our mood!!!!)))

Wonderful new hotel! The room has everything for a good rest! The room is large, beautiful design! The beach is great! The pool is warm!

This hotel was amaaaazing!!!! We couldn’t find another hotel because everything was fully booked. We found four seasons and it made our stay great. The room was amazing. Clean and everything what you need was in the room. The staff was so helpful. So friendly and kind! Totally recommend this hotel to everyone!

I truly want to both commend and congratulate the staff of Four Seasons Pearl Qatar where I stayed for a week in December. The staff members, especially Sarah Lafdali, Charleenie S and Mohd Hegazi took hospitality to another level and the experience was truly unparalleled. From the moment I arrived, their attentiveness, professionalism, friendliness and genuine warmth created a welcoming atmosphere that exceeded all expectations. Every request was met with a genuine willingness to assist, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout my entire stay. From the concierge to the housekeeping, every team member went above and beyond to ensure a seamless, enjoyable and most importantly a stress-free and relaxing stay. I wish to thank all the staff members for their exceptional service and also wish them the best in their future careers.

Staff miss informed me of different things I have asked them.

There was nothing I could have said worth for the price. If I had paid same amount or slightly more to stay in raffles the entire experience would’ve been much better.

The residential apartment was a huge disappointment. It had a strong dusty smell everywhere, which isn’t convenient for people with allergies. On top of that, the air conditioning in the master bedroom had a terrible odor, making it unusable. Overall, the cleanliness was very poor and far below what you’d expect for.
