We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

PhilippinesTV - there were 2 TV's in the room. One was the normal plasma TV and one was a smart TV but no account installed. The plasma TV only had local channels while the smart TV only had youtube. We had to bring the Smart TV in the bedroom, connect our laptop and buy an HDMI cable for us to watch movies. Breakfast - it will be nice if you can add more to the menu Locks of the doors inside the room are broken. Hope you can fix them.
The location was good for it is near the Downtown. The room was spacious enough for me and my family. I love that there were 2 toilets. Staff were accommodating and the cleaning staff were on point. There was a convenient store and a laundry service nearby. A Hogwarts Cafe was at the backstreet that catered to my daughter who grew up with Harry Potter movies. American Breakfast was ok.

QatarThe bedsheet and towels are worn out. Service is too slow that took more than 30mins to respond that we need to follow up again.
They give free upgrade for suite room but the room has no facilities at all. Suite room was not suitable for the type of the room we stayed.
