The AC was turned to the bed so you would get hit in the face by the fresh air.

Need to remove or put a mat over the very slippy tiles just as you as come out of the bathroom. Very dangerous as like an ice rink when even a small bit of water on them.

The washroom was a bit dark and dated but it was big and had the needed amenities. Other than that everything was great.

It was safe, clean, close to all the major touristy places. The room was huge, the view was amazing too even though we were in 3rd floor. It smelled nice too.

A small downside is the location if you don’t have a car and want to use the metro, the nearest station is about a 15 minute walk to Souq Waqif, which wouldn’t be that bad if it weren’t for the heat, but that is just a minor detail. Otherwise, nothing else that we didn’t like about the hotel, we had a great stay!

Really great staff (I would like to thank Stephanie and Manu), very close to the airport (15 minutes but car/taxi). Breakfast was nice too, with a lot of region specific food, so we got to try some of the local cuisine. We got a free upgrade to a king suite with sea view, which was awesome too! Everything was clean and we had a new water bottle everyday when we got back in the room.

Location - perfect location. near museums and city center malls Room & Bathroom - Clean and very spacios Facilities - Always clean Service - Superb! We booked only twin room. And they upgrade us with executive room. And they even made effort to send me a birthday cake. Overall experience is great! We will definitely booked here again. Big thanks to Manu and Edward for excellent service.

The staff did not replace our empty toilet roll and tissue box, but they responded quite fast with requests.

They upgraded us from Deluxe Family room to Studio which is more spacious with a washing machine, which we didn’t use. It came with a microwave and kitchenette but we had to ask housekeeping for crockery. There was a small rooftop swimming pool and gym but we didn’t use, as there were quite a lot to do in Doha.

We were 2 adults and two kids, they have prepared the beds, but - just two towels - 1 slippers - 0 bathrobes - 1 shampoo !!!! - half of the toilet paper. So, the housekeeping is terrible and it must be improved. Such mistakes are not tolerable for 5 star hotel.

Very hospitable staff, big room, good breakfast. Nice location - 15 mins drive from the airport. Swimming pool at the top is also good.

The passage to the parking, especially in B2 was very narrow. I had a dent on the side of my car while going up from B2. No worries with space, they have ample of it. But the passage up and down needs to be looked into

Basically, the parking is very congested especially the entry and exit point are narrow for SUV and for the Sedan cars it's ok they can pass and they can park well.

The staff was very cooperative and they were very helpful also, as well as they also provided me a free upgrade
