We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Australiathe breakfast I would say was just OK, there was choice but not brilliant. Things were not provided in room, no hairdryer for instance. We asked for milk for our tea in the and were told we would have to pay for it which we thought was a bit rich! the breakfast was just OK My husband booked a King room, in plenty of time too, When we arrived we found they had just pushed 2 single beds together, still made up as singles. most places, if they don't have a a King bed then they at least make the bed up as one bed. The furniture was re-arranged but not satisfactorily really so we just settled for the 2 singles and put everything back to how it had been. nothing came back from them even tho' he spoke to reception about our disappointment. Overall i don't think we would stay again at this hotel

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived very early at the hotel, and they let us have an early checkin. This meant so much to us. The staff, especially Samuel, helped with organising a tour taxi to take us around, and it was a lovely experience. Of course, I had to pay for the tour, but Samuel ensured everything went smoothly and suggested places to go. He kept checking that we were OK and was very kind to me and my 7 year old daughter. I will definitely recommend the hotel to anyone. Great price for money, too
