No bath mat! No natural light as internal room, and this made room feel dark and a bit oppressive. Pillows were very small!

No hair dryer in the room and the pillows are very painful to sleep on.

The hotel felt like a trip to the 80-70s, and the overall stay was pretty comfortable for the most part. Everything was quiet and they had a bath in my room (which was the highlight of my stay).

waiting so much for elevator road map to gym was difficult based on the construction

breakfast staff was excellent, the breakfast was rich of all kind of food from desert to main dishes staff was excellent people and helpful and dinner was tasty and once i have a buffet it was like breakfast tasty rich and cheap The lady that was playing piano was professional and create a mood of relax and class. the piano lobby give high quality to the hotel.

The buffet restaurant was only open for breakfast. The cut out the dinner buffett.

The converge were not helpful what so ever. I walked past them everyday not even receiving a greeting. I went to the front desk to find out about ordering food and she directed me back to the concerge desk that I walked past on the way to the front desk and was never acknowledged. When the associate was finally helping me he left the house phone with me and went to assist another guest. Once I had my order finalized I had to get someone to call the original guy assisting me. I only took 5 minutes to order so I'm not sure why he couldn't wait .

Reception team was OK, breakfast wasn't varied, pancake & waffle weren't fresh, Overall acceptable, cleaning is bit issue & renovation going on, Pool was the best option,

This hotel has an amazing atmosphere.. clean.. staff are really friendly & helpful.. rooms are very clean & cozy.. Didn't try the food so I can't judge... Worth to stay there again.

room service was excellent! From the moment I arrived, Ms. Yati (check-in reception staff) greeted me with a warm smile and made the check-in process seamless and efficient. They took the time to answer all my questions. Her professionalism and genuine friendliness truly made me feel welcome.

To get to the pool is a bit complicated.

The location was quite and near the metro station and of course the staff were polite reception & al kot cafee .

The shower in my room did not turn fully hot. I’m not sure if this was just my room or every room. I think the jacuzzi in the swimming pool would be nicer if it was hot rather than just warm.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. It’s such good value for money. The food at the restaurant is 10/10 quality - the best hotel food I’ve ever had. The room was nice, spacious and clean and there was a nice swimming pool out the back. The staff were also very lovely and polite.

Cleaning of the bathroom and towels availability, many days we have problem to get it. Also pillows really uncomfortable and poor quality.

While I had a great experience at the Grand Regency Hotel in Doha, there were a couple of things that could be improved. The shower only had an overhead option and a down tap, which made it a bit tricky, especially when showering my young son. A hand shower would have been much more convenient. Also, the beds, though comfortable, were a little too narrow for my liking. But if you don't mind the size, the comfort was definitely there. Thank you again to the amazing staff for making our stay pleasant!

I recently stayed at the Grand Regency Hotel in Doha, and I just want to say how impressed I was with the incredible service provided by the staff. Every single worker was not only helpful but also an absolute delight to interact with. They truly made our stay special. I was visiting with my 1-year-old son, who is very social, and I was touched by how everyone, including the guests, took time to play with him and make him feel welcome. It made our experience that much more memorable. Shoutout to Victor from Kenya and a few others. Y’all the real MVPs. Thank you to the entire team for your warmth and hospitality!
