United Arab EmiratesNot that much the hotel has the facilities, and a lot of attention needed to be place on the room for example a lot of power supply was not working, TV not working and bed was not comfortable so many things was not expected compared to the photo on the website. I did not thing so I will come or think to come back. Even if i need to park my car on the basement I need to be very careful due to short and narrow place.

KuwaitWhen booked the room via booking app , I already mentioned that we are 3 persons ( 2 grown up and 1 child as 9 years old) in which this was confirmed with the hotel as well via phone before check in , still the hotel charged us for extra bed while checking in stating that it was under impression that the child is less than 2 years. The hotel is not 5 stars I give it 1 stars It’s not clean and not comfortable to stay in The toilet too dirty and the water in the shower is dirty ( yellow) and stopped while taking the shower The room service is slow

Saudi ArabiaI am absolutely frustrated with my experience at this hotel. The level of disorganization, lack of preparation, and poor response to issues is unacceptable. Dislikes: 1. Unacceptable Check-in Delay • I arrived at 5 PM, well after the 3 PM check-in time, as I had clearly communicated through Booking.com. • Despite this, none of the rooms were ready. • It took the hotel 2.5 hours to provide the three rooms—finally at 7:30 PM. • To make matters worse, the rooms were not even on the same floor, despite our request. 2. Room 612 - Constant Noise & Broken Curtains • The room was noisy due to nearby machines, making it difficult to sleep. • The curtains were damaged, allowing sunlight to stream in, disrupting rest. 3. Room 607 - Flooded Bathroom • The bathroom floods because the drain is too high, preventing water from being properly removed. • I had to call housekeeping to deal with this basic issue. 4. Room 507 - Paid Upgrade, Yet More Issues • This deluxe room was upgraded to an executive room on Monday (which we paid for, as no compensation was offered). • Despite clearly communicating all previous issues through Booking.com, no response was given. • On Tuesday, a full hour of drilling took place next to this “upgraded” room. • We had to call three times before the noise was finally addressed. Likes: • The valet and luggage employees were the only bright spot in this experience—welcoming, kind, and helpful.

United KingdomHotel was not as it appears on booking.com images. It was more expensive than I had anticipated from the cost on the website and what I was charged when I arrived (conversion rates could have an element of this). Check in took a very long time, I was not asking for any requests, I later realised it took so long because they were signing me up to receive emails from the hotel company (without my permission and without asking). My bag was taken to be scanned and then just left in the lobby, I had to go seek it out after the lengthy check in process - there was confusion over where it had gone. I booked only 2 hours before arriving, and there was no note of the building works going on. The hot tub was out of action and I was informed this was a brand new issue - an "emergency maintenance" (the way the remaining water was in the tub, it appeared to have been sat there for a while). When I challenged that I was not informed of this, I did not get a good response, the receptionist was defensive. I used the spa facility of the sauna and there was a very loud drill ongoing for the full time. The man in the spa area was kind and apologised, but again, the hotel receptionist was rude and dismissive and told me that it was nothing to do with the hotel, it was the spa so it is not her problem. The hotel was very dated and the room was very cold, I could not adjust the set temperature, but I could turn the AC off so that is what I did. Room service took a long time to come, the menu is not very accessible as the items showing from the QR code do not relate to actual menu. Again, abrupt and dismissive staff at this end too. Just be warned if you stay there it does not look as it is presented. When I left I was followed out of the hotel after being asked if I had checked out and my stay was finished, to be asked the same question again. It was very unusual and just added to the negative experience. I would not go back.
When I went to the desk and informed them that I was not happy with how the trip had started, I did get a room upgrade which was appreciated but I had been hoping to be refunded as I had not slept in the room and the hotel was not as it appeared. Room service portions were generous.

IraqThe bed was terrible, I called to ask if they could fix it or change our room but the front desk lady sent up guy with a blanket. Slept on the couch. The rooms are dated, this is no 5-star hotel by any stretch: facilities, services or customer service.
It was so cheap, good for a one-night layover. The man that checked us in was kind and said he gave us an upgrade (greatful but the room wasn't nice).

France- the fact that they told us we could do an early check in and that it would take less than an hour, and had to wait for more than 2 hours ( when we could have left our suitcases and came back later on for the check in ) - the fact that it was extremely cold in the rooms and no way to heat it up - the face that when we complained about the noise from upstairs and our inability to sleep, they did nothing for several days, until the last one where they changed the room ( unfortunately we had an early flight and didn’t sleep much either so it was useless) The staff wasn’t taking accountability for anything - the room weren’t cleaned well - the bed was itchy, also got bitten on my legs by who knows what
