In fact, this hotel does not belong to the five-star category, the hotel is very old and the furniture is not modern. We faced a problem when checking in, they did not prepare our rooms until after six in the evening, although I called them at one o'clock announcing my arrival at the specified time according to the reservation, and yet we did not enter until late after a long wait and a huge chaos at the reception. Some of the reception staff are unprofessional and do not know how to deal with guests. We stayed in room 308, and we could not stay in it for one night because of the unbearable bad smell. The room was changed the next day, and despite my request to the hotel not to rent it to anyone until the problem be resolved, the hotel continued to book it for other guests whom I saw the second day and they told me about the bad smell in the room. The parking is very narrow. You will be very disappointed if you stay in this hotel.

Water was leaking from the AC. No hot water in the shower. A lot of noise and slamming doors very noisy in the rooms. Very slow service.

Room was clean enough but we booked as 3 people in the room (2 adults and child) and everyday we had to call for another towel as 2 was only ever left. The toilet paper was also frequently left empty so we had to call several times for more. The staff were always quick to rectify this, but it was annoying having to call for the same thing daily.

The pool is quite small, although it was never crowded. Staff were friendly and quick to help. Location was very convenient and the rooms were quiet.

Everything was extremely bad, starting from the valet , facilities, receptionist, room service, dirty and old rooms. They even bring for me dirty towels and no one was helping to solve any of these problems. I would never repeat this mistake again.

1. Breakfast was not good, it was also cold 2. Shower pressure not great 3. Gym was in what felt like a dungeon 4. Worst of all, had to endure hearing very clearly the people in the room next to me having sex…not pleasant at all!
