Noisy cant sleep. Night club on floor 1 is too loud and can u hear music in room

Sometimes we felt the hotel with this star rating should have a better interior and surroundings, as it is a bit outdated. Breakfast was always the same. And every morning (we spent 5 days there) it was a struggle to find an available table to eat at. Lack of seats and seemingly lack of staff; they couldn't clean tables/ bring your morning coffee sometimes for 15 minutes or so.

It was faultless for us.

We arrived massively delayed and the staff on the front desk couldn’t have been more welcoming or efficient in getting us in our room speedily. The breakfast was great, lots of choice and good quality. The room was exactly as described, large with a sea view and a comfortable bed. The pool and beach were great and the location of the hotel meant that we could walk places or pick up an e-scooter. The staff couldn’t have done anything more. An excellent stay.

The bathroom was in front of the bedroom, which was not good. It should be separated on the side. The savings box is not available in the room. Check-in took more time than normal.

The Location was good, it was in the middle of the city, It is 15mins away from city center. And very near to corniche. breakfast was excellent, we enjoyed the swimming pool, beach was nice but small area. Staff was friendly to us, specially car Valet staff was nice and helpful.

The only thing is bringing in outside food. I understand the rule but the kids love McDonald’s and would have liked to bring them breakfast as they don’t have where we live

Breakfast was great. We booked for 3 nights and decided to extend. The price went up so we booked a regular room instead of the suite. The manager then let us stay in the suite instead of moving. It was unexpected and awesome to not have to pack up all the bags. Great Manager

The fact we would have to pay extra for balcony. I think hot countries like Qatar should have balcony included in the price. We paid good money for the stay so we expect that. I was not happy paying extra in your local currency ,for our stay compared to the price we agreed with booking .com. You should not be charging us extra, because you take payment in local currency from our card payment, that is unfair to us

The Breakfast was good nice restaurant with good choices for breakfast. The gym sauna and steam was good no complaints. The pool and seating area was good, the beach was a small area was ok. The rooms was fine standard, but shame did not have a balcony

Overall, the reception staff is adequate; however, they may benefit from practising greater diplomacy and courtesy while interacting with patrons. This is the consensus of several colleagues and myself who were there at the time.
