We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomOnly issue with our stay was that when the main function room was being used at nighttime the music was so loud - and we were on 21st floor and it kept us awake!
Excellent breakfast.Great options. Lovely to be able to sit outside . Such helpful staff in all areas. First class beach and pool area.

KuwaitThe curtains are a bit short, so the sun peeped from beneath them in the morning and woke me up. I had to put towels to block it. There is a smell in the corridor of the floor I stayed in, a sort of chemical or metallic thing.
I loved the beach, very very clean and well organized! Also Reem Albawadi restaurant food is so good. I disliked that if offers sheesha though. Excellent location. Most staff members are very friendly and helpful.

RussiaMy room was a bit humid - I couldn't open the windows (understandably for safety reasons) and the AC couldn't dry the air appropriately.
The hotel is up to standard, and this is exactly you may from a Hilton. The service was excellent, I had a huge room with a bath and a great view of the sea. Special dinners are served every day at the restaurants (around 3 or 4 there), breakfast is also excellent. The hotel also has its private beach - quite comfortable (no special dress code required)
