We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Hospitality and customer care: I had an excellent experience with Faine, the receptionist at the Ibis Hotel. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and well served. Faine’s professionalism shone through in her efficient handling of check-in and her knowledge of the local area, which was so helpful. She was supportive throughout my stay, always ready to assist with a warm smile. Her dedication to guest satisfaction made my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend Faine’s service for a great experience.

LebanonThe professionalism of the Team Members is something else! The greetings, the smile on their faces, the way they offer help or assistance are excellent! The rooms are a bit small (doesn’t really matter to me) but clean. The bathroom is clean and it has soap and shampoo (you can bring your own shower gel and hair conditioner). The pool is enjoyable, and very well supervised by the lifeguard. The breakfast buffet was delightful with great selection of food and drinks.
