We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make our stay outstanding. Breakfast and dinner were great, with a wide and varied buffet choice. I would sum up the hotel as "full service". The head chef, Jerome, was often walking around to check on our satisfaction and he and his team went out of his way to ensure we had everything we wanted. The facilities were extremely clean and well tended. With a young son, it was great to see lots of lifeguards and beach/pool staff. Nice facilities for young children too, with a shaded sand play area. Room was very clean and we were offered fresh towels daily. Gym was of a very high standard, lots of new equipment. We will certainly come back to this hotel. Thanks for making our stay so wonderful!

Amazing staff and food / we recommend the breakfast and dinner package /. Slightly disappointed with the food at the Mykonos restaurant. Great location - 700 meters from the Al Qassar metro station. Within easy reach of all the attractions in Doha. Maximum 30 minutes from the hotel. Pools and beach in good condition. Our plane was during the night. They allowed us to use the room until 3 pm. Greetings to all the staff. Thank you❤️.
