Having a beautiful clean private beach with lovely warm water on your door step is amazing. The pools are lovely, especially as one is in the shade from the afternoon. The gym was really well equipped. The rooms are a gold size. The breakfast and evening buffet have a great selection and the staff in there are great. We will absolutely be back.

Felt needed to have bit more choice of dinner for vegetarian. Being vegetarian it was very limited. But staff was very helpful and happy to provide some options.

The only thing I would change would be the televisions in the bedrooms. Although they are advertised as smart TVs they are quite old, have small screens and they do not have inbuilt apps such as Netflix or YouTube. Compared to the high quality of everything else at the hotel they were disappointing.

The buffet restaurant food is of exceptional quality. At both breakfast and dinner all of the menu options were great quality. We've been to hotels with a bigger range of food options but never seen such consistent high quality. It was a pleasant surprise to find soft drinks were included with the meals. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were all friendly, polite and very competent. There were complementary bottles of water in the bedroom each day which we expected but also complementary bottles of water by the pool which we did not!

Nothing, honestly they impressed us!

The hotel is so well maintained. It is immaculate. Kamal the waiter from the Coral restaurant was fantastic. Honestly I have never met a nicer waiter and more helpful. Austin from the front door bellman was incredible positive energy too. The hotel is a must. The views are spotless. The food is spotless. We had the half board and I’m so glad we did! They do seafood night, grill nights, Arabian nights, international nights. All in all, I would come back again.

The rooms are really nice, spacious and clean. They are very comfortable too, with great beds, but the decor is ever so slightly dated. Could do with a little updating.

The property is elegant and has everything you might need. The staff are so attentive and lovely. They go out of their way to help you with whatever you need… special mention of John Edward at breakfast and Sylvia my room cleaner. So friendly, warm and amazing at their job. The facilities are great! Wonderful gym, pool, and beach as well as a luxurious Spa. I am already looking forward to my next visit.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. From the location, rooms, pool/beach to the buffet breakfast everything was perfect. Not forgetting the amazing staff - it’s hard to remember all the names (Gita, Joel, Jane, Abid, Commodor) as we met so many! They were ALL truly professional, helpful and respectful at all times.

We had the most amazing stay in this beautiful hotel. The staff were extremely lovely and welcoming. The staff made my birthday celebrations extra special and memorable. A big thank you to Rose, Rashed and Gita for going the extra mile for my celebrations. Will definitely be coming back.

As the hotel advertises 14 restaurants we decided to go half board but disappointed that the buffet restaurant Coral was our only choice, this restaurant certainly doesn’t feel like a 5 star restaurant, poor quality in terms of tables/chairs/decor and the buffet, although decent, is very limited compared to all other places we have stayed in the Middle East. we expected that half board would allow us to eat at all restaurants and would, for example, cover say the first £25pp and the rest we would pay.also, please let male Club Lounge visitors know beforehand that men’s dress shorts are not allowed in the evening.

Great value for money. Staff were amazing. Club Lounge definitely worth it as could have breakfast in its 5 star surroundings.

The pool and beach was fabulous! Doha is a very hot place but they do their best to assist and give you shade and water at every turn to make sure you are hydrated. The staff are all fabulous.
