Our stay was truly memorable, thanks to the exceptional hospitality and service we received. Outstanding Staff & Service A special thank you to Mr. Islam, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. His generosity in upgrading our stay free of charge made a huge difference, allowing us to enjoy our time even more. I also want to express my gratitude to Joycelyn and Joyce, the wonderful ladies overseeing the swimming pool and playground. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive to my daughters, making their experience extra special. Another heartfelt thank you to Mr. Nezam, whose warm smile and willingness to assist every time we saw him truly made our stay feel welcoming and comfortable. Areas for Improvement While everything was great, one small issue we encountered was with the access cards. They often had trouble when placed with other cards. However, the staff was always quick to assist us whenever we needed help. A minor improvement in the card system would make the stay even smoother. Final Thoughts Overall, our stay at Kempinski was fantastic! The hospitality, service, and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. A big thank you to the entire team for making our family vacation so special. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a luxurious and welcoming experience. ⭐ Rating: 5/5

BahrainRoom service and the breakfast buffet were of rather poor quality. Even the Zengo restaurant dishes were too sweet and definitely overpriced.
We booked a 2 bedroom but were upgraded to a 4 bedroom on the 53rd floor. Incredible views , very spacious and comfortable apartment. Nice part of Doha, walkable and close to malls and the corniche.

United KingdomMy only disappointment was I wanted to use the steam room and swimming pool. I did go to the gymn area, and the staff member in the gymn did not have time for me even though the gym was empty. I would have very much liked a tour and usage of the pool. This did not spoil my stay as everyone else made it an amazing holiday.
We were greeted by Krishna on arrival, who was lovely and made us feel very welcome. Our suite was large, clean, and had lovely views. The valet staff greeted us every morning with smiles and too care of parking with no fuss. The breakfast was fresh with a wide selection of hot and cold food and again the staff were attentive. We would like to thank Navralan and Rshem for their hospitality every morning. We would also like to thank Joesephine and Jovelyn and the rest of the housekeeping team.
