We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Kuwaitwe faced a big problem when we left, which was the traffic jam on the street that the taxi was not able to reach us to go to the airport i we were late which made me angry , i booked with mandarin oriental to get a very excellent services and experience not to get a very bad experience that crossing the street with all luggages to reach the taxi its not a professional service provided by mandarin oriental wich is a very high end name on hotels buisnesses to their guests .

Very clean - amazing location close to cafes and restaurants, and the souq! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable experience. Would also like to mention how helpful and friendly Furqan was. Made us feel very welcome!! Would definitely recommend Mandarin to anyone coming to Doha!

I went to Qatar for the weekend (Friday - Sunday) and booked at the Mandarin Oriental based on my cousin's recommendations. The hotel and its staff have not disappointed me at all. I requested a late checkout at 2PM, and they accepted.

KuwaitThe breakfast was delicious and there was a variety of cuisines which will suit everyone. The location is perfect, it’s in the heart of Mesherib and there are many shops, restaurants and cafes in walking distance. The traditional Souk Wagef is in walking distance too. I loved the spa treatment and facilities it was so quiet and relaxing. The staff were so kind and helpful. I appreciate their efforts of making my stay memorable!
