The hotel’s setup lacked privacy, and the street noise was quite distracting, making it difficult to enjoy the ambiance or rest properly in room or even in bed. Also, the fire alarm mistakenly activate in the early morning, waking everyone up. While I understand such incidents can happen, it was quite inconvenient for us.

You can hear the noise of the people walking around the mina, the cleaning service was appalling and you have to call 2/3 times just to get a hold of the reception if you need anything

The apartment has no privacy, despite the presence of barriers between it and the other apartments, but privacy is non-existent, and the maintenance work from early in the morning and the annoying sounds, as well as the presence of painters in that period, made the matter worse due to their use of cranes, which caused difficulty in entering and leaving the apartment and photographing with the Dorn plane and the photographers who document. The work of artists while they are drawing. The second thing is that the apartment is not clean and full of dirt, insects, cockroaches, and food leftovers from the people who previously lived. The balcony outside is full of cups and bags of food and is not clean. This indicates that the place is not cleaned regularly. Visitors to the port enter and exit from the balcony, which caused inconvenience to us and did not Satisfaction There is no bell for the apartment The windows and doors do not have a hidden system at night

The hotel was freezing !! Insanely too cold that I switched off the A/C in the room ! The corridors cooling was enough to cool the room ! It rained during our stay and the rain reached the room from the balcony. The staff was one of the worst I have seen in my life. 1) I was chased twice and almost denied entry to the hotel because I have a professional camera (DSLR) ! Which is stupid .. they say photography is prohibited in the hotel (no signs are posted at all), which I respect if that’s the hotel policy. However, there are many more professional and pleasant ways to communicate it. The staff in fact requested me to keep my camera bag in their custody! 2) The hotel has a free golf cart service that drives and picks you up in the area. When I requested it, they were looking at each other trying to come up with any excuse not to offer it ! When I called for a pick up, I was told twice it was on the way and half an hour passed and no one showed up ! I had to walk 20 minutes back.

The room was freezing, and air conditioning could not be adjusted. When asking for extra bed covers we were given power adapters. The showers overflowed due to bad plumbing assumably. The water was brown in one bathroom. The maintenance is very poorly completed. There is construction going all through the night.

The restaurant for breakfast was amazing! The apartment was nice an big. The location is great for places to eat and sight seeing.

1. Lack of response from reception ( called many times but no response). 2. Long waiting time at reception and at apartment. ( I think only 2 golf car for entire hotel) 3. Everyday, there is fire alarm in the apartment early morning everyday (very loud, scary and annoying). 4. Water-flow from shower in bathrooms ( although I informed the reception about it to be fixed during housekeeping, but nothing change). I tried to inform the hotel about the issues above. Unfortunately mr. Mahmoud from reception couldn’t handle the concerns
