Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

only the AC location in the bedroom, it was directly above the bed and annoying us when we were sleeping.
The staff were super friendly and helpful. I booked a loft suite to calibrate my wife’s birthday. They arranged everything with me by phone and I found it better than what I asked for. the hotel was in a perfect location with car parking services and fine restaurant. No doubt I’ll visit it again for longer period.

The fitness and swimming pool is a little bit tight
Everything was spectacular, starting from the staff who were very professional in the check in to the treatment we had during our stay. The room was spacious and very modern. The coffeeshop in the lobby “EllaMia” is amazing as we did not miss one day of their delicious menus of coffee and cake. I stayed in another 5 stars prestigious hotel during the same time of my visit and i think that Mondrian is the best hotel in Doha now considering the value of the money.

Must have a room scented spray especially for the carpet (praying). Must have cutlery since it says that there is kitchenette.

the security was a bit annoying, each time you enter they scan your bag
the swimming pool, the decor, the room was amazing with a huge bath tub. one thing I liked is that you can have the music from the night club playing in your room at a low level. hotel is next a small mall which is handy and there’s plenty of parking

Absolutely in love with the Wonderland-inspired scenery that the Mondrian has decided to adopt. It gives a fairytale vibe that is unheard of here in Qatar. A unique location, like Wonderland.

Without a doubt, one of my favorite hotels that I've at stayed in Qatar. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by all the wonderful staff. While we were checking in, they had designated staff to tour my baby on the Eid Kids activities. I was really surprised when they prepared a trail of roses on our bed. I only mentioned in the call that we were celebrating our anniversary, and they surprised us with roses and even an anniversary cake. 💕 It melted my heart. We were truly lost in Wonderland during our stay. We went to Morimoto (Japanese Resto) for dinner and the dishes were amazing. ❤️ The breakfast on CUT resto was also superb. The pool area will make you feel like you are in Alice in Wonderland. ❤️ This hotel will be our staycation location from this day onwards. Will definately book for longer days next time.

Only slight improvement is because the bathroom and bedroom is very open plan, get a bit of a build of condensation after a shower.
The welcoming of guests, how nice reception staff are! The spa is amazing, and usage of sauna, steam and marble loungers is complimentary for in-house guests.
