We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. I booked a loft suite to calibrate my wife’s birthday. They arranged everything with me by phone and I found it better than what I asked for. the hotel was in a perfect location with car parking services and fine restaurant. No doubt I’ll visit it again for longer period.

Everything was spectacular, starting from the staff who were very professional in the check in to the treatment we had during our stay. The room was spacious and very modern. The coffeeshop in the lobby “EllaMia” is amazing as we did not miss one day of their delicious menus of coffee and cake. I stayed in another 5 stars prestigious hotel during the same time of my visit and i think that Mondrian is the best hotel in Doha now considering the value of the money.

QatarWithout a doubt, one of my favorite hotels that I've at stayed in Qatar. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by all the wonderful staff. While we were checking in, they had designated staff to tour my baby on the Eid Kids activities. I was really surprised when they prepared a trail of roses on our bed. I only mentioned in the call that we were celebrating our anniversary, and they surprised us with roses and even an anniversary cake. 💕 It melted my heart. We were truly lost in Wonderland during our stay. We went to Morimoto (Japanese Resto) for dinner and the dishes were amazing. ❤️ The breakfast on CUT resto was also superb. The pool area will make you feel like you are in Alice in Wonderland. ❤️ This hotel will be our staycation location from this day onwards. Will definately book for longer days next time.

The welcoming of guests, how nice reception staff are! The spa is amazing, and usage of sauna, steam and marble loungers is complimentary for in-house guests.
