United StatesCheck in took an inordinately long time, which, at 11:30pm after an 18 hour flight, was frustrating. When we eventually checked in, the room we were given was straight above the bar and all you could hear was pounding bass. We immediately asked to change room. We were taken to a non-smoking room that absolutely reeked of cigarettes; the staff agreed. We changed room again. The third room was fine, but the fact it took 3 attempts and about an hour to get to a point that I've never had take longer than 10 minutes at comparable hotels was disappointing.
Room was well-sized and comfortable. Gym and pool facilities were good. Selection at breakfast was excellent.

5 star hotel but there lights are automatic!!! I couldn't keep the lights on !! I have to push the button every 15 minutes , the shower was making loud scary noise when im changing the heat !

My account was charged 2,036$ and my hotel was actually 1,018$. Which left my bank account in negative. I paid them in full before I left their hotel and few days after I left doha they charged me. Refusing to refund telling me its a withholding check. I stayed in various hotels nothing like this happened. Do not stay here for your own good Or your money will be ripped off you.

QatarWhen we first checked in ,one of the rooms were not even ready yet & I checked in at 5:00pm when it’s supposed to be ready at 3:00pm ,At night we heared loud noises & music while I was trying to pray & it lasted till 12:00am midnight & my daughter couldn’t sleep. when I called room service they said they can’t do anything about it. The room service is really slow ,I wanted to order one fork but they said it will take about 10-15 mins just for one fork,the food was also really old & hard to eat (bad quality),everytime we ordered something,they wanted the food trolley when we wanted to eat on it just because they have too much pressure because the rooms are fully booked,we requested 2 blankets at 4:00pm & then at 2:00 am they still didn’t bring the blankets & when they brought it ,they only brought one blanket just because every room only has 1 blanket even tho we are 3 people,when we came back from the mall the security guard wanted to check on the personal bags and the food that we bought even tho it’s literally only food,Really bad experiences & don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
