Check in took an inordinately long time, which, at 11:30pm after an 18 hour flight, was frustrating. When we eventually checked in, the room we were given was straight above the bar and all you could hear was pounding bass. We immediately asked to change room. We were taken to a non-smoking room that absolutely reeked of cigarettes; the staff agreed. We changed room again. The third room was fine, but the fact it took 3 attempts and about an hour to get to a point that I've never had take longer than 10 minutes at comparable hotels was disappointing.

Room was well-sized and comfortable. Gym and pool facilities were good. Selection at breakfast was excellent.

I love the aesthetics of the facility, it is beautiful. The pool was very clean, I met a very friendly lifeguard on duty who was willing to take as much photos as I wanted.

The bed was very bad. I couldn't sleep well and I had a horrible back pain after the three days I spent at your hotel. Also, I couldn't hang out with friends at the lobby because it was very hot and humid it.

The hose of the bathroom was broken & spreading water, the foldable ironing board doesn't open! , the light is turning off even when im moving and they say its automatic ! I was in the shower, the noise of the cars outside the street, uncomfortable bed

5 star hotel but there lights are automatic!!! I couldn't keep the lights on !! I have to push the button every 15 minutes , the shower was making loud scary noise when im changing the heat !

The entrance very poor located, the continued noise from the AC, WC very bad with open area if you think to take shower be prepared to be flooded with the water going everywhere even when you not under it.

The first sweet was dirty , they transfer to other sweet also dirty too The third sweet was perfect but its took 2:30 hours to transfer .. with my kids was very bad experience .

Very Bad service as I asked kindly to bring my things to my room after three calls nothing I got so I went to the reception by my self as it became almost one hour. I think if I have sick person I think the ambulance will arrive earlier.

I do not recommend you stay at this property pr use your actual working bank account to make payments for your hotel booking either through booking.com or their site because they will double charge you and refuse to refund. My account was charged 2,036$ and my hotel was actually 1,018$. Which left my bank account in negative. I paid them in full before I left their hotel and few days after I left doha they charged me. Refusing to refund telling me its a withholding check. I stayed in various hotels nothing like this happened. Do not stay here for your own good Or your money will be ripped off you.

I had half board booking breakfast and lunch dinner But the as per hotel you have booking for specific items and get only 1 main cource also only in room service and not in open buffet* This was very bad experince for me* And hotel room mention 48m but this is not accurate 48m and its compatible only 1 person and not campatible for family with kids*

The took my luggage and gave them to someone else, where I had a flight that time, they cased me a delayed to reach the airport, ruined my schedule mood and day. When I was asking about my luggage’s they just gave me faul excuse’s and lied to me about the status.

There was severe noise from the restaurant until 12 in the morning, and the sound was very loud and annoying in the room, and I could not sleep until 12:30 in the morning, and the window was not soundproof and the pillow was uncomfortable.

When we first checked in ,one of the rooms were not even ready yet & I checked in at 5:00pm when it’s supposed to be ready at 3:00pm ,At night we heared loud noises & music while I was trying to pray & it lasted till 12:00am midnight & my daughter couldn’t sleep. when I called room service they said they can’t do anything about it. The room service is really slow ,I wanted to order one fork but they said it will take about 10-15 mins just for one fork,the food was also really old & hard to eat (bad quality),everytime we ordered something,they wanted the food trolley when we wanted to eat on it just because they have too much pressure because the rooms are fully booked,we requested 2 blankets at 4:00pm & then at 2:00 am they still didn’t bring the blankets & when they brought it ,they only brought one blanket just because every room only has 1 blanket even tho we are 3 people,when we came back from the mall the security guard wanted to check on the personal bags and the food that we bought even tho it’s literally only food,Really bad experiences & don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

1. The reservation team are so annoying keep call for early payment however it mentioned in the booking process page’s the option to pay in the property 2. The property also so annoying; not comfortable and not recommended for the family vacation as place with no respect for the customer personality; they kept the music in the club in very high volume reach to the high level floors and continued till mid of each night 3. Un polite staff’s one of the service of parking team was shoutout on my family member in the first day when we asked them to park our car in the basement floor 4. Very maintenance .. i had to change the room 3 times because there is no hot water in the shower .. second stay had to change twice for the same reason and 1 of the rooms had a unserviceable A/c .. 1 more important thing because the rooms has huge windows the curtains they have does not shade the sun during day time .. u will wake up because of the light in the room .
